A brilliant addition to our wedding.

Reading the previous negative reviews, I’d very much like to confirm that my cameras arrived very early (about 2 months before my wedding day in August 2026) and the customer service was great. Even when I sent off my films without including the customer slip inside, they were very helpful in making sure my films were received safely and processed in 48hrs.

The cameras worked flawlessly and I even refilled one to take on the honeymoon. I just bought another development through them and added it to the bag with the rest of the wedding pics. The photo quality was gorgeous and many guests mentioned how fun they were to use and offered a unique perspective of our special day.

You can trust this company 100% and as someone who owns their own photography company - these guys know what they’re doing and clearly keep improving what on they’ve been brought up on in past reviews. I’ve even recommended them to my own clients 👍

Such an easy experience from start to finish! Ordering from CatchCamera was straightforward, the camera was simple to set up, and I was snapping photos in no time. I absolutely love the nostalgic 90s look and feel. It brings back the excitement of taking photos without overthinking every shot and makes capturing memories feel fun again. Really pleased with the whole experience and would happily recommend!

Do not use this company
These are cheap kodak cameras that are rebranded, plastic rubbish!
3 of our cameras stopped working at our wedding reception, mutiple people tried to get them working again
I do not trust them to develop the film we do have
I have emailed them mutiple times over last 3 weeks, no reply
Yet to recieve a refund
They have even tried to suggest user error! I grew up in the generation that used disposable cameras

My wedding is two days away. I still have not received my cameras. I ordered them weeks ago. I’ve sent multiple emails and Instagram messages with I was told my cameras would’ve arrived by today but I’ve had no tracking information!

UPDATE - This is a terrible company do not buy from them.
catch cameras have eventually got back to me on Instagram messages, the person I spoke to did give me a refund however their customer service skills were appalling. They didn’t apologise once and seem to have no care at all that these cameras were going to be used for my wedding and how disappointed I was not to be receiving them and the unnecessary stress it’s caused me trying to get in touch with them two days before my wedding trying to find out where my cameras are. I ordered them eight weeks ago and the only thing they said was ‘well you were updated that there was a delay’ but with no apology. You need to do better as a company. This is absolutely appalling.

DO NOT ORDER!! I ordered cameras for my wedding several months in advance and they did not arrive in time. So disappointing. Emailed and messaged them multiple times in the weeks before our wedding and got no reply. I can’t believe they offer a wedding package and know people are buying them for such an important occasion and then scam them. Disgusting

Scam. Agreed a date for cameras to arrive for an event and they never came and now they aren't responding. Disgusting behaviour, ruined a long awaited event

My partner bought these for an engagement party, payment was made and zero communication from the company. Items never received. Don’t purchase

Do not order!!!

Placed an order a month ago and haven't received anything. No response to emails, social media messages & the website chat function. I posted a comment on their instagram which was deleted by them.

Disappointing.

As per other reviews,
- my order took ages to arrive, with no communication
- I keep being charged monthly, despite the initial order supposedly covering 3 months of film - apparently this was a payment plan for the initial starter kit? This was completely unclear from the purchase on the site - the starter kit is £54 PLUS 3x instalments of £25 apparently, PLUS £25 every 90 days for more film....!
- I have received only confusing AI generated responses to emails
- the camera itself has now broken after only 15 photos taken

I don't trust the company to actually develop the film either so I'll have to pay even more to get this developed myself.

Thought it seemed too good to be true! Avoid.

Edited to add - I left a one star review on their website, which has immediately disappeared! Amazing, clearly very honest and trustworthy... not.

NEVER I mean NEVER buy from this scammy company!!!!! Not only did the camera take months to arrive, they are continuously trying to take instalments of £25 to pay for “film & development”. In what world does that equate £75 in additional chargers. The camera itself is made of cheap plastic, and not worth the money in any way. I first purchased in Jan & still having problems with them trying to take money in April. It’s insane. Worst experience ever, wish I’d never ever bought. Infuriating.

Never received product and they don’t reply to emails.
I ordered a camera from Catch a month a go. I haven’t recieved my order still and despite messaging them repeatedly via email and via the live chat on their website , they haven’t responded or sent out the camera. They are then trying repeatedly to take money for my film subscription with them despite the fact I haven’t even recieved the camera I ordered. I’m immensely disappointed with their inability to get products to customers as well as their non existent customer support services.
