I had a very positive experience working with Arista. Alejandra helped answer my questions and was lovely and professional in helping me select the right menu. An event coordinator for a local non-profit, I hosted an event for what ended up being 40 people, and the food turned out very well. The woman who dropped off the catering was right on time, and she helped stage the beautiful appetizers according to my vision. Of course we were on a budget, and Arista delivered both in affordability, presentation and flavor. The beef tenderloin on crostini and bruschetta were the most popular. The balsamic infused watermelon bites were talked about the most - such a different combination but really tasty! I look forward to working with Arista again in the future!

The clarity in up front communications allowed me to know and select the exact items for my occasion. The flexibility to deal with special food needs of some guests was really great. The food was excellent and the staff was courteous and attentive. Everyone I spoke with loved the food. I thought the costs were very reasonable as well.

We used Arista last year and without hesitation I signed up again without even researching my options.

Unfortunately the service this year was below par with our first experience.

The coffee and tea were taken away after breakfast and no additional water was left for lunch, both were part of the contract.
And, no chips with a taco bar? Sad.
Food was generally tasty, no complaints there. But I was running the meeting and could not break away to ask for service items that were amiss.

I realize that at the Horticultural Center we as customers are a captive audience to their caterer "preferred list". Next year I'll do some research...

Arista Catering offers a great experience from ordering, to set-up to enjoying delicious food. The team was easy to work with, the food was delivered on-time and in a professional manner. Our party was on a yacht, so they worked closely with us to make sure the offerings were appropriate for our setting. The prices were reasonable, and the food was tasty.

Arista caters our Seattle Chapter Indoor Air Quality Association (AIQA) workshops every 3 months at Swedish. They are always on time, with very good quality food and beverage service. You can rely upon them for your catering needs.

In planning our annual celebration and fundraiser, Arista was helpful every step of the way. Brett, the owner, helped us to figure out every detail for the event. He met us at our event location to iron out every aspect of the evening. The menu selections were varied and flexible for our function, and then when we tasted the food, we were blown away by the quality of the ingredients and taste of the food. We had a tasting session before the event and that made it very easy to decide what to serve since we quickly identified our favorite dishes that would also be appropriate and within our budget for the event. The Arista staff that worked our event were professional, efficient, easy to work with and helped to make it a successful evening. Although Arista can handle functions of all sizes, their attention to each event and the access to Brett and his associates makes it feel approachable and very much the family-owned business that it is. Our event wouldn't have been as successful as it was without the planning Brett provided and the delicious food, which many of our guests raved about.

Love using Arista Catering! They are always on time and have everything they need to make a great event. They are very responsive and a great company to work with.
