Cathy has been a constant in my fitness journey across two very different chapters. I first worked with her when I wanted to get leaner and more disciplined, and her program got me there. Now, postpartum, she’s helped me rebuild from a completely different starting point — one where workouts had dropped off my radar entirely and eating well felt hard to sustain.
What’s made the difference is how she fits the work into my actual life instead of an idealized version of it. She’s adjusted my nutrition to prioritize protein and fiber, and built workouts around my real schedule, not a fantasy one. The result: my body composition is shifting in the right direction, I have real energy again, and I’m consistent in a way I wasn’t before.
