They have recently raised their pricing, which I'm ok with as long as I can provide quality food for my cats but I keep finding huge fish bones in the tuna shreds in broth. These bones can cause damage to cats internally and can cause a choking hazard. I don't know how they process their food but something also changed with the chicken recipe because my cats won't go near them (thats the only thing I fed them before) I am overall very unhappy with the service and quality of their food now, and sadly will have to look for a different brand. Please work on these issues Cat Person

So far so good my cats love the dry food. One of my cats has a sensitive stomach so waiting to see how the wet food settles! And the box is a toy my cat has been sitting in it for like an hour.😁

Both my cats love this food (1 yo and 13 yo) I was having trouble finding a food my senior could eat and keep down. My 1 yo could finally eat and not constantly feel hungry. A win win for both cats. Unfortunately my 1 yo ended up with really high phosphorus in his blood. I will need to wait for Cat Person to come out with a little lower protein food. I am going to add a little to his new food just because he does like it so much. It's great there is a variety of flavors bur my cats tend to prefer the seafood flavors.

I'm on the fence about Cat Person. I have two cats and one loves wet food and one only likes dry food. Both cats like the dry cat food. The Chicken & Turkey, and the Salmon & Tuna flavors. The kibble is very small. Neither cat liked the wet food, they smelled it but would not even taste it. I just donated the rest to the local animal shelter. However, both cats love the cat treats in the pouches. All of the flavors. It does have a strong odor but I think they have oils in them, they are very runny. I know cat food can be stinky. The customer service is prompt and helpful. My biggest complaint is the shipping. It takes forever to receive the products. Twice I placed an order to ship on a specific day but it didn't even ship until a week later, and taking a week to arrive, leaving me with no cat food and having to go to the store to buy different cat food in the meantime. And like several reviews about excessive packaging I agree, I may get one item in a large box.

My 18 year old cat had stopped being interested in most of her foods. I decided to find a high quality product that would increase her life span. I had no problem transitioning her to Cat Person wet and dry foods. She really loves them. We immediately noticed a difference in her coat and attitude. I would highly recommend this product.

I am a recent subscriber to Cat Person, but I am very impressed so far. I first signed up for the trial pack to make sure my cat would be ok with the food. The trial comes with enough for 2 weeks of food. My cat was thrilled with the selection. I went ahead and kept my subscription. Cat Person emails you before your order ships so you can make changes if you need to do so. They also have an easy cancellation policy, but I haven't needed to use that. My first monthly subscription also came with a free set of scoops and lids that fit the containers perfectly. My cat is happy and I am happy.

I wanted to like Cat Person SO so bad, but unfortunately, I hate it and so does my cat. I want to start by saying that they DO honor the money back guarantee; customer service got back to me quickly and issued a refund that day. However, the issues with shipping, increasing prices, excessive packaging, and food quality are a huge downside to Cat Person and I felt I really needed to leave a review. As so many others have said, the shipping took FOREVER and the amount of packaging is insane… but those aren’t the worst part. The first day or two I gave my cat Cat Person, she seemed to enjoy it, the food looked good and seemed fresh. But once I started opening up more cans I was EXTREMELY disgusted by the quality of the food. Some of the meats, noticeably the beef shreds and the mackerel and bream pate, were literally gray in color and covered in a hardened gelatinous goop (the first few I opened did NOT look like this AT ALL). They looked and smelled awful, I wouldn't even dare feed them to my cat. I opened at least 5 cans of food that looked absolutely repulsive, they DEFINITELY went bad, so now it makes me wonder how old the food they send out is. Some of the food barely had any meat in it at all, mostly just the disgusting goop (I can't even call it gravy). Not only did the food look gross, but my cat would barely eat it after 2 days. She would smell it and just walk away. I am SO disappointed in Cat Person cat food and I will never ever use this service again...

We've had Cat Person for a few months now and we love the whole experience. Our cat enjoys the food and the supplements and we have notice that her coat has gotten smoother and shiner.

We have two cats, one refuses to eat wet food, despite all of our attempts! The other relishes and loves wet food! So we order a combination of dry food and wet food and it works out so well! We change up the flavors to give the kitties excitement and new diets!

Cat person is amazing my cat Dopey absolutely loves the chicken and turkey.

My senior cat can be very picky when it comes to food. He likes what he likes! But he loves the Cat Person Chicken and Turkey pate! I love having the ability to save half of the cup since he only eats half at a time. Plus the subscription option is great, I love the auto emails so I can skip shipments if needed or add additional treats for my sweet boy!

My boys love this food! We have tried several varieties, and while their favorite is the chicken, they come running every time I open a container.

My kitty is my world! I will only feed him the best and have always done so. However, between the food shipping issues in the last couple of years and him seeming to be not interested in the two high end cat foods I was feeding him, I realized it was time for a change. I first saw an ad for Cat Person on Instagram. I loved that I was able to get a trial pack first. Well let me tell you, my cat devoured it. He loves both the wet and dry foods. I now get my monthly shipment. I loved the things they included like lids, serving spoons, a dry food scoop and even The box that it is shipped and can be turned into a cat toy! I also splurged and bought him the tray and bowl set.
I had to contact customer service a couple of times a question and the answer me back almost immediately -that is very impressive!

I am so impressed with the service I received from Cat Person! My cats didn't love one of the types of food I got for them, and Cat Person was quick to respond and help me. It was great to be treated so well as the customer! I'll definitely be buying from Cat Person again. Great Company!

Loki loves Cat Person food! As soon as I open the package he comes running. Happily Mr. Picky has met his match with Cat Person. I love the quality ingredients and thoughtful packaging. Loki loves the taste, enough said! Would definitely recommend!

Gucci & Gotti are hooked on Cat Person food! The "boyz" are so happy and they wait for me to get out of bed in the morning and run to the kitchen waiting "not so" patiently! :) They also do that when I walk in the door after work! They are so funny and I must say, thank you Cat Person!

Both of my cats enjoy Cat Person food. Puff to the point I can no longer have the food sitting on the counter. She likes to use her teeth to shred the foil seal to get bits of food. And I find what's left on the floor. Poor shredded cat container.
