This was my second order and it was delivered within a dew days just like my first order. The kibble appears refreshingly fresh; no stale smell or texture. My cats have FHV and their symptoms have nearly disappeared since switching to this food about 6 weeks ago. Well worth the effort to get this food for my fur babies.

I love having Cat Person delivered to my door and my kitties love the food! I feel good about feeding my cats food that I know is good for them. Of course their favorite part is the box they get to play in after it is unpacked!

My cat loves this food! She's super picky and gobbles it up. Also, it feels good to support small business :)

There is a 90% performance so far in using the product. The only problem I had was that I changed addresses too soon .

My cat loves this food! We brought it in as a way for him to have more variety in his diet. He also loves his cat person toy. Customer service is excellent and deliveries are prompt.
The only reason that this is not a 5 star review is because the meat is not organic. I would pay more for this option.

Found out my cat's pink lips and mouth area was due to allergy to fish and chicken! Cat Person has a dry food made with Duck and Turkey and my finicky cat LOVES it! And better yet, her allergic reactions are gone. Thank you, Cat Person!

Cat person is the absolute best! It takes a huge weight off my shoulders as I already have 3 kids. Not having to think if Pepper has enough food is a huge benefit for me. Pepper ABSOLUTELY loves cate person food, both wet and dry. She can not wait to eat in the morning!

The website is very easy to use, and my cat loves the food.
We use both dry food (chicken and fish) and then 3 types of Pate. We give her 1/4 of a Pate per day, and dry food plus treats otherwise. The rubber lids for the Pate cups makes this very easy.
Our cat loves Tuna, Tuna+Salmon, and Breem+Mackerel, and generally loves the Chicken and Chicken+Duck. We stopped getting the Breem since it has a strong smell (to us humans) whereas the Tuna one smells fine.
The only issue we have with the chicken pate is that when it is cold from the fridge (for the remaining 3 days), she will not eat it right away. Cannot smell it I think. We heat the bowl when cleaning it and that helps, but something to be aware of. If we do nothing, she will eat it about 30 minutes later when it has warmed up, but she is always disappointed for the 30 minutes when she thinks we are tricking her.
She is crazy about the treats as well. We use the Fur/Skin one.
She likes the dry food, which is in a continuous feeder, and she does not over eat. She eats smaller amounts at a time all day.

After extensive on-line research and real-life experience with my 10 year old female cat and 4 year old male cat, I choose Cat Person wet recipes. First, my cats love the chicken and duck flavors, in both pate and shredded texture. Second, Cat Person wet recipe is a simple food, safe and nutritious, and free from additives bad for kitty. Third, the containers (functional and cute) are shipped to your door, and you get a discount for repeat deliveries. Fourth, the recipes are well-suited to my kitty with digestive sensitivities. Fifth, Cat Person is made in the USA. Lastly, the cost is competitive with the competition. By the way, I bought two Cat Person kitty litter boxes, because the design is so unique and chic.

Unfortunately, after a few months I have decided ordering this food is no longer sustainable. I actually came to this decision a couple weeks ago, and today received an e-mail that their prices are going up, so that helped cement my decision.
The food isn't bad. My cats only eat dry food for some reason and this is their favorite brand. That's the main reason I tried to keep this food for a few months, even though the cost is astronomical. The reason I initially tried this brand is because my boy throws up frequently so I was hoping something with 'better' ingredients might help. The frequency did go down with this, but it didn't stop altogether like it has with another brand.
Their prices, shipping times, and packaging though are far from ideal. They only have 2lb bags, and suggest 1/3-2/3 cups for 5-9lb cats, and 2/3-1 cup for 9-14lb. So if you're someone who has two 11 lb cats...you go through about a bag a week. At $11 per bag (about to go up to $14.50)...it adds up fast. The food I'm switching back to ends up being about HALF the cost of this, price per pound, and has the added benefit of helping eliminate vomit.
The fact that they only sell 2lb bags is frustrating. I asked about it once and they mentioned they only sold those because food can dry out. But for those with multiple cats, or those who know how to use the seal to keep the bag closed...this feels like an excuse. It's so much extra packaging waste on top of everything else.
Shipping times are also something to take into consideration. I had to make sure I placed my order when I had two bags left, because it will take a couple weeks from order placement to delivery.
Overall, it's not a bad company. If you only have one cat that you like to spoil, and you have the money to afford this, you will have a happy cat. Unfortunately, I can no longer afford to spend over $500/year just on food.

I have been feeding my cat the Chicken and Turkey dry food solely for over a year. My cat has a very sensitive stomach and per my vet has to stay on a consistent diet or else she gets very sick and will refuse to eat for days leading to liver concerns. Since being on CatPerson, she hasn't gotten sick once. I buy 4-5 bags at a time to get free shipping.

On the cons side, shipping does take a long time and the packaging is bulky. I will also say my cats coat and skin have not improved on this food and have maybe even gotten worse. Overall, however, this food keeps my cat healthy and assists with her tummy issues.

First the good… My cats like the duck, duck & chicken, turkey & chicken and chicken varieties. I agree with others who say there is excessive packaging. I have arthritic hands and struggle with some of the lids - the plastic inner part separates from the foil & I have to use a knife to open the cup.

This food is not cheap. My cats eat 6 total of the little cups, or one box plus one cup. Each box is $7.95. The quantity of meat vs fluid is inconsistent. I’ve opened a few cups to find no visible food- I had to dig to the bottom for find any. Of course, that meant I had to use an extra cup to make up for the near empty ones. This is becoming more common.

The showstopper for me is how unreliable they are for delivery. My last 2 orders shorted me significantly. The order I received yesterday shorted me 11boxes! I need that food for my cats. No phone for customer service, just email. Of course, no response so far. I was planning to give them another chance, but I think I will find a better food.

Very poor customer service do not buy! You cannot contact a live person and they say to text them but no one responds to messge very shady

My cat is extremely picky and I went through tons of product without success. She LOVES all of the flavors and the plate is licked clean every night. I love the packaging, had no issues with shipping and love this company!

First the packaging. Your order will come in a big box and inside that big box will be many smaller boxes and any smaller box will be five small disposable plastic containers of wet food. Way too much packaging.
Most importantly however, The food doesn't smell good look good and The cats won't touch it.

We’ve been huge Cat Person fans since the beginning! Our elderly cat is very picky about the kind of food she eats, and we are mindful of the ingredients in her food. After trying multiple different brands, we’ve found that Cat Person is the one brand our kitty consistently loves and that we feel good about feeding her (especially the gravy treats). Plus, the customer service is awesome!

They always take forever to get delivered with every excuse under the sun, but my cats love the food. This time it’s a bit much, first they gave my package to the wrong carrier then instead of just shipping me a new order, they are looking for my old one. They gave me 10% back for the trouble which goes towards the gas it costs to go to the pet store. Thanks? This is a great product but the shipping is awful.

Placed order through Facebook advertisement. Entered my credit card information. Everything went down hill from there. Did not receive the E-mail required to set up my account. Sent messages to E-mail and Text to contact information listed on the website. No response. My credit card was charged. Had to report my credit card as compromised since Cat People seem to be out of business. After numerous tries to contact support all failed I would not recommend Cat People.

The food is fine but the shipments take forever. Usually a week or more from when CatPerson says they've shipped it until it actually hits the mail system, then you still have to wait for delivery. The first 3 months on the service we had to buy emergency food from another supplier. We kept trying to shorten the time, or add more food, but it never comes on time. Pretty annoying.
