We use cbfm heating for both our oil and gas properties and have done now for over 3 years. They cover all our properties from Alnwick to Bedale. They are quick, reliable and trustworthy and always are on hand to help our tenants! Always a 5 star service

These guys were absolutely brilliant, real superheroes. They went over and above to help me when my boiler decided to break amidst the April snow and frosts. I cant thank them enough for coming to fix it as soon as they could. Would highly recommend a swift, professional and friendly service.

Engineer arrived on time and carried out work in a friendly informative manner. Answered any questions and cleared up on completion. I was more than happy with the whole process and would certainly use company again.

Had a boiler breakdown and CBFM were sub contractor on behalf of my insurance. The engineer came out when they said he would, identified the fault before he even looked at the boiler based on my description and made a temporary repair with parts he had in his van. He came back with genuine parts, explained what the problem was and also identified a secondary problem which he also rectified. Very pleased with the overall service.

I had a water leak on gas boiler. British Gas were unable to get an engineer out so they sent me a link fir Local Hero’s, within 20 mins I was contacted by a company called CBFM Heating who arranged for an engineer to come next morning.
Engineer very good, job complete within a couple of hours.

Initial engineer was very unsure about how to assess then fix our boiler, so a senior engineer was deployed. He was professional, knowledgeable & very helpful. Boiler is fixed now. I would recommend this company.
