Great academy with helpful tutors who are always there to help and assist you throughout the entire course would definitely recommend

I have completed 5 day intensive MMA welding basic training. I had opportunities to weld in different positions and prepare weld specimen. I would suggest to be certain whether you just want to learn how to weld or you want to prepare for Level 2 welding as both 5 days training might differ. Welding demonstrations and guidance by instructor was helpful. I recommend it.

I Did the 5 day intensive plumbing course. It was a good course that was well structured and I would recommend to my friends and family and teacher was very helpful when you ask them something they always ready to help im planning to do more courses at the same place

I Did the 5 day intensive plumbing course. It was a good course that was well structured and I would recommend it.

Just finished the intersive kitchen fitting after completing the intensive carpently with John Little walking away with some great skills from a genuinely brilliant instructor. In total I have completed four intensive courses with CBWA covering Plastering, Plumbing, Carpentrly and Kitchen Fitting that has given me the confidence to rackle the first and second fix carpentry, central heating & plumbing installation, kitchen design andf installation and dry wall and plaster for my home renovation. Each instructor was very approachable and helped with indivudual projects.

Excellent teachers with lots of help and advice

The Level 2 intensive plumbing course at CBWA has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Darren and John are extremely supportive and knowledgeable, providing valuable insights and a wealth of experience from the industry. Thoroughly enjoyable and I would highly recommend to anybody looking for an introduction to plumbing.

I attended a mig welding course, there was a lot of hands on experience and time allocated to practice welding and the different techniques. Welding facilities good, the bays for working had the tools and equipment needed to carry out tasks.

Great experience on the welding course. Tutors Chris snd mark were great, they explained everything slowly and made sure you knew what you were doing.

Thanks guys

Welding course with Chris and Mark was very in-depth and had time for everyone.
Would recommend to anyone

I did my City and Guilds level 2 diploma in plastering with CBWA and it was quite simply an excellent experience. I was trained by experienced industry professionals not only in the course material, but also in how these skills fit into the industry more widely. I was able to hone my skills through one to one time with the tutor and pick up useful tips and tricks to take my plastering to the next level. The wider team at CBWA were wonderfully supportive and professional. I would certainly highly recommend their courses to those who want to learn new skills or enhance existing ones.

Intensive Plumbing course

Just completed 2 consecutive weekends of Plumbing with Lee Rowell.

I turned up with only basic knowledge however I feel like I have gained enough knowledge to tackle my own plumbing jobs. Lee is a very knowledgeable individual and a very good tutor who delivered the training in a practical manner so that it was easy to follow and absorb the information.

Just completed the 2 x weekend plumbing course walking away with the necessary skills to build and plumb in a bathroom suite and run the pipes for central heating using either plastic or copper pipes. Friendly guidance from Lee the instructor throughout both weekends, well worth it.

Have just completed a 5 day intensive tiling course, Gwyn, the instructor made the course very easy to understand and made even the most difficult things look easy, he also makes it enjoyable, I would definitely recommend this course for a great start to tiling, thanks Gwyn.

I recently attended the Intensive Tiling course at CBWA. I learnt lots and went from complete beginner to experienced enough to do any type of tiling for walls and floors - kitchens and bathrooms. This is ultimately due to Gwyn’s knowledge and expertise, and his ability to advocate the skill and pass it on to students. He is quite the character too and a clear asset to CBWA. I’d highly recommend the course to anyone looking to start in a new industry, become multi-skilled or do their own DIY.

My names Mohammed finished 3 day tiling course with qwyn as part of my bathroom design, I feel more confident in myslef to take on jobs in the real word, guided me along at my own pace, and gave me tips and tricks to make work better. Thank gwyn.

Single day MMA welding course.

Direct and helpful. lots of information compressed into a days course. Highly recommended if you want to dip your toes and learn a new skill that you could use on site or at your unit.

Just completed a days welding course, but there is so much more to be learnt. Instructors are very informative and approachable if you run into any issues or for any guidance. Would definitely think about taking the more advanced course.

Done a one day welding course, very good and very knowledgable tutor. Would highly recommend

Just finished a course on 19th Jan and I felt sad the course had to end. It was enjoyable. Gwyn, the tutor is extremely knowledgeable. I wish I could give more stars!
I left the academy a far more confident and competent tiler. My experience was truly amazing. Well done CBWA.
