I am not happy with the response time of the support agent. Furthermore, after a payment was rejected as it was coming from my company, I was still not advised when I would receive the funds back in my company account. I also made another payment was my personal account which is still not processed. With all this hassle, yesterday I could not carry a transaction before the US market opened leading to a loss of income.

Good experience and very good customer care.

There are a number of issues: user interface is not great and rather clunky. Portfolio does not show % profit or loss on a position let alone annualised profit or loss per transaction under making up that position. Should ideally allow you to see the batches of purchases of each position when you drill down on that, e.g. a single equity showing the breakdown of the individual transactions related to that equity. No great way of judging performance. In addition there have been some issues with the latency on updating of pricing and therefore one does not trust it and has to use an alternative source for near real-time data.

A good way to track one’s own investments

Great interface and responsive support whenever minor glitches cropped up.

It is good, very fast but the older system was better. It Contained more information. Furthermore it would be helpful if research reports are made for every equity on the stock exchange especially in case of new IPO.

I give full marks for the CCTrader and other services offered, including portfolio, and statements of accounts. However, I have noted the introductions of a Eur 25 on IPO, which are usually offered for free.

I have used this app for years now. Great 247 customer service and a wide selection of investments available. Pricing is transparent and reasonable.

I use the app to buy and sell investments and to convert from one currency to another. Deposit and withdrawals are easy to do in app.

The execution of stock trades is instant and the execution is real market, there are no wide spreads like some other platforms. The stocks are real stocks not cfd’s.

I would like to see funds supported from the mobile and when i asked their customer support informed me this is coming soon. It would also be nice to be able to use the app when offline.

Good app but takes long to load. News are obsolete. Generally positive though.

I usually find cc trader quite good for trading needs however i had an experience where i bought 400eur worth of sek shares and the system registered this at 4000eur instead of sek which led to my balance going to a -5k negative balance as the share price increased. After contacting there customer care i was informed it was a techical issue which is being resolved but cnt tell me when it would be resolved... this was very upsetting however to be fair their customer support contacted me with a few minutes to tell me it was resolved

Very good stock broking platform with transactions done immediately during stock exchange hours.

Needs some updating regarding security like using a two-way confirmation for logging like in other online stores especially in the mobile mode.

Also an investment analysis feature of each stock in the list could be a better addition like the one in Simply Wall Street site.

It's fine - the app - but obvs need to be further developed to provide functionality in line with other direct investing platforms. Such as showing daily profits/losses rather than just the total since the investment was made.

Provide a more complete financial service. The shares list needs to be more complete. Also add more products like futures, forex and other derivatives.
Maybe link to Yahoo finance and other services to provide information on products.
Other platforms have drastically reduced charges or completely eliminated them
