I needed a windows 10 key , but I wasn't sure if it applied for my country , so I asked and in literally 10 seconds he solved my problem. He /she even told me what steps should I take to retrieve the code.

I purchased a Windows 10 Pro and Office 2016 Pro license. The Windows license worked fine, but the Office license did not. I contacted technical support. They did some checks and an hour later they asked me to contact them again. I had Mary online who gave me a new Key for Office 2016. She waited for me to reinstall it on my computer. It was a wonderful experience ;)) I bought a NOD32 1 year license; but because of the pandemic situation when I installed Nod32 on my computer I recieved a 90 days free trial so I didn't use the key immediately. After, when I tried to register the key was expired. So I enter the chat and in about 10 minutes the key was replaced ... but instead of 1 year license that I bought I received 3 year license ... Thank you Guys! You are unbelievable!
