The service call from CDS was very good. The tech was thorough and explained what was going on. I thought that we had a dead battery but the tech showed me that it was still good. He reset the unit and it is working fine.

Our installer was really knowledgable of the Charge Point EV product as well as residential electrical as a whole. The install went well and he kept us update throughout the process. The work area was kept clean and the install looked nice and professional at the end.

This included how permits and paperwork were progressing through to finally scheduling appointments for installation.

Chris was prompt, validated the necessary repair, and repaired our generator as scheduled.
