Jason was really professional and went above and beyond on the delivery of 10T of gravel.

Excellent service, helpful and friendly driver managed to get delivery as close as possible to the door. No fuss, would recommend.

Always a good experience when Steve delivers to us. We have a relatively small and awkward yard, right through a customer car park, he gets an artic in there with ease and to top it all off, he's a really pleasant and professional chap!

Very pleased with using this transport company, they picked up the Pallet as agreed and delivered the next day. Ash the driver was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us move the pallet into the right spot, making it easier for us to access it. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Everyone I spoke to at C&D was helpful, communication was good and delivery was arranged quickly. Jason who delivered the mats rang me prior to delivery to check I was there and made sure that he got the pallet as close as he could to where I needed the mats. We’ve relied on this company for several years, and their service has always been exceptional. While the drivers are consistently polite and helpful, we want to shine a light on the incredible work of the Customer Service Team. Pauline and Stephen have been lifesavers for us on numerous occasions. Their ability to accommodate last-minute requests, even late in the day, is nothing short of amazing. They always go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly, no matter the challenge. We truly appreciate their dedication and the invaluable support they provide.

The delivery service by C & D South West Ltd was decent overall. Ben, who handled the delivery, was courteous and took care to get the pallet as close as possible to the required location while considering safety concerns. The communication from the company was satisfactory, with updates provided before delivery. While the equipment used was functional and the service was generally efficient, there were no standout features to make the experience exceptional.

The drivers (esp Steve) are always polite and helpful, but i want to champion the unsung heroes in the Customer Service Team. Pauline, Olly and Stephen have dug us out of a hole several times in the last few weeks and they are fantastic. Always prepared to find a way to get a booking in and keep everything going as smoothly as possible, even when asked well into the afternoon with no notice - we really value all that they do
