Bestelling geplaatst en betaald met creditcard. Na ontvangst van een verzendbevestiging bleef duidelijke informatie over de levering uit. Ondanks meerdere contactpogingen heb ik geen bevredigend antwoord ontvangen.

Na het lezen van de vele vergelijkbare ervaringen op Trustpilot maak ik mij ernstige zorgen over de afhandeling van mijn bestelling. Daarnaast lijkt op het opgegeven adres in Milaan geen fysieke winkel zichtbaar, wat mijn zorgen verder vergroot. Ik heb daarom alle documentatie veiliggesteld en een chargebackprocedure via mijn creditcardmaatschappij opgestart.

Cecilemilan krijgt hierbij nog één mogelijkheid om deze situatie correct op te lossen. Bij uitblijven van een oplossing zal ik mijn ervaring blijven delen via Trustpilot, Google Reviews en andere consumentenplatforms.

Une excellente expérience du début à la fin. Les chaussures sont encore plus belles en vrai.

Après plusieurs longues marches, je peux dire qu'elles sont vraiment confortables.

Cecile milan est un site d'arnaque.
Vous effectuez un paiement pour recevoir un article et aucune nouvelles de la commande. Même lorsque l'on sollicite le support dédier à cet effet par mail, aucune réponse.
PAR CONTRE L'ARGENT EST BIEN PRÉLEVÉ DE VOTRE COMPTE.
CE SITE MÉRITE D'ÊTRE FERMÉ A JAMAIS.

J’ai commander le premier juin et j’ai que reçu ma paire le 24 juin et ce sont des fausses paires fuyez de ce site douteux et je ne peux même pas le rembourser ils ne réponde pas aux mails fuyez à tout prix !!!

Koop nooit iets bij dit bedrijf . Zijn criminelen .na maanden gedoe hebben we politie aangifte gedaan politie en de bank waar hun zitten contact mee gehad uiteindelijk hebben ze het geld terug gestuurd. Maar als je geen moeite doet ben je gewoon je geld kwijt ze zullen je nooit iets leveren

Surprise désagréable, une paire de baskets soit disant Adidas samba Originals, pâle copie de original, tout en synthétique et taille beaucoup plus petite. Pas de réponse pour retourner le colis. Il s'agit d'un site peu recommandable.
