Great service and communication from Cedar Planters. And the planters are beautiful and easy to assemble. I created an elevated garden in my daughter's yard because the ground is so full of roots that the vegetables won't grow. Now she's looking forward to good results this summer!

Terrible delivery experience. 14 days (yes on 12 business days) and still has not shipped. In the meantime, every other day they try to upsell you on something bigger or better than what you already bought at a discount. When I emailed in they simply said the website says we ship in 10 business days. Good thing I order a week before Mother's Day. Nobody needs two weeks to process a order. Maybe if this product is as promised I will keep 3 stars but can only go down from here. In the era of Amazon, this service is unacceptable.

As a senior and really a novice who loves flowers the Planters are a Godsend. Instead of separate planters, I now have beds. I am mixing flowers and herbs and maybe a 🍅 and peppers. But I don't have to bend over for hours. The height is perfect. And it gives me flexibility with the scheme

I had previously purchased from other companies cedar planters and decided to try this company. I bought a 48” raised box . It was by far the best. Easy to assemble. ( I am 73) Great liner which holds soil nicely and lovely in my garden.

The product is handsome, and perfect for my purposes of a small vegetable garden. The planter ties two people to assemble, but it is easy and there is good direction and plenty of extra bolts. I'm glad I ordered this product.

The planters arrived in sturdy packaging. Instructions are crystal clear and assembly was uncomplicated.
I purchased them because I love to have fresh vegetables and herbs, but at my advanced age (88), managing a traditional in-ground garden is a bit much. My raised gardens are very attractive. Tending them is easy and actually more fun than the in-ground ones I used to have. I am pleased to note that the plants are doing better than the ones my neighbor has in-ground. I may even get to have the first ripe tomatoes in the neighborhood!

We replaced our plastic planter boxes with the cedar planter boxes at our animal hospital in SF. They were delivered as promised and they were very well packaged to prevent damage during transit. The instructions were very accurate and easy to follow. My wife and I easily assembled two cedar planter boxes. These cedar planter boxes were beautiful with black legs. They were very well constructed and extremely sturdy. When we placed them in our back yard, we had received numerous compliments regarding our new planter boxes.
I highly recommend these cedar planter boxes as a beautiful addition to your business or home.

I love my new planter… it will be a great addition to my front deck. I plan on growing herbs and maybe a flowering plant. It will be nice to not have to bend for my weekly harvest. The shipping times were longer than I had expected, but I received emails frequently with updates. I would highly recommend the feet for the planter… though a bit pricey, they are of fantastic quality and I’m sure they will last for decades (as well as the planter).

I was impressed right off by the packaging. During assembly, which was extremely easy, extra screws and nuts were included. This was appreciated, even though I didn't need them. The small bag that had all the screws, nuts and wrench was handy, as opposed to the plain plastic bags that typically come with put-together items such as these. I also liked the tailored liners that fit perfectly inside the finished container. I build similar planters 13 years ago in another state and all they gave you was a flat sheet of fabric that you had to staple in place inside the planter - your design is much better. I ordered the greenhouse cover and have taken advantage of that several times this season as we have gotten into the upper 30's a couple of times so far - which is unseasonably cool for us. These covers saved my young tomato plants. Again, the packaging was excellent and the units were easy to put together. the included Phillips screwdriver is also appreciated. I have not opened the winter covers yet, but I did purchase them, and plan to use them when I shut things down in October. Thank you for putting together such a great product.

I have bought several of these planters, in different sizes, over the past several years. The quality is excellent and they look stylish in the garden. The elevated bed makes gardening easy, no need to bend over or get down on the ground. I had previously bought a planter from a bigbox store, it did not compare in quality or appearance, and came apart over the seasons, while the cedar planter lives on. They are an incredible bargain if you can buy at the end-of-season sale and can wait for delivery. Very happy, I wouldn't buy another brand.

This is my second planter box. It’s easy to assemble, easier with two people. Looks beautiful. I put it outside near my kitchen door and fill it with herbs. Love cooking with fresh herbs and am not running to the store all the time.

The planter arrived on the expected day. It contained all the required parts and pieces and the cedar smelled great. My husband and I were able to easily assemble it. I put it in the place I selected and filled it with planter soil. I had some daffodil and tulip bulbs begging to be planted so I started with these. I am now enjoying pretty flowers in the new planter.

The planter was of great quality cedar and very sturdy metal legs! I ordered in early spring so received my 4ft planter in plenty of time to plant seeds. Easy to put together.

I purchased two of the 48" planters at separate times. I was so impressed with the first purchase that I ordered a second one. The first purchase did take over one month to receive and the second one a little quicker. I ordered both of them way before the Spring planting season, so it was no big deal. Their customer service is excellent I found that both planters were super easy to put together all by myself. I followed the how to video from Haley on their website.

We originally purchased 1 cedar planter to check it out and loved it. Received it quickly and it was very easy to assemble. Neighbors commented on how nice it looked on the patio so we bought 3 more! Several neighbors have decided to add these planters to their gardens. We are really enjoying our raised garden thanks to Cedar Planters.

We ordered two cedar planters. They were delivered when promised. They were easy to assemble. They are bolted together and very sturdy. We would highly recommend these planters!

Superb product and very easy to assemble. I had to stain and then polyurethane myself but I expect it to last 20 years! It’s beautiful high quality cedar. Only downside was all communication is through email but none the less the were responsive and delivery was around two weeks in April which is peak of Spring. I ended up ordering 3 48”

Got my cedar planter a little over a month ago, easy to assemble and now I am blasting out a nice herb garden! Going to get another next year when I make some more room

For the planters specifically, they were a high quality product and I had no trouble with the shipping getting here. I ordered over the winter - I think that helps. After installed they hold the soil well while also draining appropriately for my mini-garden.

One downside is that I have received a ton of spam/phishing text messages since I ordered, all of them coming from Canada. Since this was the only business I have done with anyone from Canada, I reached out to the seller in case they had a security breach. I received no reply - I was at least hoping for a “Thank you for letting us know” at a minimum.

The planter came nicely packaged and was easy to put together. The frame and cedar pieces are quality materials. I am very pleased with how the planter looks and look forward to many years of use.
