It’s a scam. I realised pretty quickly, no links on their website work. And if you check the email they are responding from - it isn’t a legit email. Avoid and report.

No stars if I could. Absolutely terrible customer service! Not sure if it’s a scam or what. Ordered a hair brush that never turned up, after several emails they finally replied stating it has been back ordered. Which was not stated on the product during purchase. I asked for a refund, and have now been chasing that for over a month!! They’ve emailed 2 emails to my 20. Do NOT purchase from this website! They need to be shutdown.

Order shampoo and conditioner from this site in October 2024. It never came and we have never had a reply despite sending off countless emails. They should be closed down to prevent further SCAMMING.

I gave it one star because you cant do 0. I wish I had seen these reviews before I order and paid for a product. They took my money but had no intention of supplying the product after a month and many emails the order was cancelled but I still cant get my money back. It appears they dont actually stock the products and just buy from suppliers when an order is placed. The website domain and it is owned by JOSEPH FORNI FAMILY TRUST. A fact verified by ASIC. So now everyone knows who is behind this "business". People need to stay away and NOT purchase from this site.

I bought hair pomade and found it strange to never receive shipping notice. They keep saying it's coming but refuse to provide evidence and it never came. They also ignored my emails and my request for a refund when I never got the product.

Do not purchase from this site . I purchased 2 items back in December 2024 . One arrived 4 weeks later and yet to receive my second .this is now 8weeks since I purchased . I have emailed them countless times and asked for a refund. No response. Ridiculous

TOTAL SCAMMERS!! I’m Reporting them to Scamwatch , ASIC and Fair Trade. They have no contact number in their website !! And don’t respond emails at all. Saying they dispatched and the tracking number will be sent ! Stay away from them !!

Celcius refuses to fulfil my order from 2 months ago. Like the experience of other reviewers, they are very difficult to get hold of and either do not reply or promise ETA in the following week yet do not provide any postal tracking details. I have used them successfully in previous years but suspect they are now going out of business while taking customers' money and not fulfilling orders. I have now requested a refund and am in the process of following the customer protection route.

I seriously hope you read this and the other reviews and you have now been put off using this company. They are a shower of criminals. They will take your money and fob you off in the hope you will just go away or can’t be bothered taking it further. If you are reading this and it is too late, make sure you inform SCAMWATCH and also when contacting these people about your order, change the subject line from eg delivery enquiry to something like Have advised bank and scamwatch, as this was enough to get their attention in my case. I hope enough people do contact SCAMWATCH as together we can shut this criminal mob down.

This company should not even get one star. Do not purchase from this website. Waited 1 month for it to shipped, shipping link looks fake. I doubt product will turn up. I asked several times for a refund. No response, No contact phone number. Totally unacceptable.

Please don't use them. No delivery, no response to emails or calls. This is a scam pure and simple.

Total Scam. Placed an order, received confirmation email, when I queried where the order was they sent an email saying they would be in touch. Since then, nothing. Sent three further emails with no response to any of them.
RIP OFF ARTISTS. DO NOT USE THEM

The worst company!!! Total scam!! I wish I had read these reviews earlier. Placed an order 2.5 weeks ago, and have received nothing of dispatch. Emailed them twice, only receiving auto email saying they will respond in 1-3 business days.. that was 6 days ago. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Shut them down!

SCAM SCAM SCAM Ordered a product on the 13th November 2024. No dispatch or tracking number. Emailed them last week, no reply. Have just seen that their website says their permanently closed. I guess I’ve done my money. Very disappointed. Wish I read the reviews first.

Placed order but only received once my bank started the chargeback process. Having read their other reviews I am grateful that I did eventually get my order. My own fault for not checking their reviews before ordering. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Purchased from CELCIUS Beauty online on 07/11 but goods have not been shipped.
Have requested a refund but am not hopeful I will get it willingly based on all the reviews labeling this company a scam.
Should have been a red flag that they don’t accept PayPal.

This company is an absolute joke, unfortunately I have not seen these reviews prior ordering. Got scammed for 150$, the order was not shipped after 3 weeks so canceled and requested a refund. They refused to give me a refund, rudely shut me down when I explained my rights to a refund. After 2 months my order has been apparently shipped today lol. Disgraceful! Can’t believe their website is not closed down yet.

if I could give this company zero stars I would. Placed an order over five weeks ago. Communication is terrible. Still not have received my item. No response to my emails. Asked for tracking number as advised order has been shipped and heard nothing. Terrible, terrible terrible company to shop with. 0 customer service.
