No me gustó el color del collar que tiene mi nombre. Ek nombre está precioso pero la cadena es oscura y luce barata. Después vuelvo a opinar si no se pone negra para que los demás clientes lo sepan. También demoro mucho la entrega y nunca estaban disponibles el soporte para atender y respondían cada 3 o 4 dias por lo que me dio mucho nervio aunque finalmente cumplieron la entrega . No rankeo mas alto porque no estoy segura de cómo va a resultar la prenda y me generó mucho estres! Igual gracias!

Beautiful and affordable jewellery . The buy one get one offer was such a steal! I wish though it was packaged a little better as I gave one item to my friend and the box was a little creased. Could do with some better looking packaging and not sure if there was a gift wrap option. Also delivery took a little longer than expected but overall great customer service and jewellery

I got in touch to check delivery timescales as the piece was for my sisters birthday. They advised they would make the delivery as a priority. It arrived within 5 days of ordering when the timescales are 4 to 8 business days.

I ordered two personalized name necklaces and I’m happy with my purchase. The delivery was quite fast, which is a big plus. I don’t have much long-term experience with them yet, but they will be worn by teenagers, so I’m sure they’ll be well tested .
The only thing I would change is the clasp, it’s not very practical. A different type of fastening would be better. Overall, a positive first impression!
