My mum came in a few weeks ago to get my phone screen fixed (it’s a second hand XR so already fairly old) and they had replaced it with a brand new one and I was able to actually use my phone again. I then came in this morning as the screen was lifting a bit and the lady who greeted me was super friendly, and fixed the screen free of charge. The staff on the occasions I have gone have been so kind and helpful with any information needed and it’s now my go-to phone shop. I would highly recommend out of the shops around Biggleswade.

After a dreadful mishap with my mobile phone I called in to see my contract provider to see if they had any idea as to how I could download data (essentially my contact details) from my severely damaged phone. Both they and I were convinced that any repair or access to data was highly unlikely and a new phone would be required. As a last resort they suggested I might pop in to see Cell Solutions in Huntingdon – and I am so glad I did. Having looked at the phone and listened to my explanation as to how the accident had occurred they not only said that data could most likely be extracted but a full repair was also available. The guys name is A.d and he gave me three options of repair of varying prices and said the job would be completed on the same day. There was no pressure whatsoever to proceed. A.d was highly professional, his explanations were thorough and very informative, and he is extremely friendly.
I opted for the more expensive repair with high quality replacement parts and a guarantee. Three hours later I got the expected phone call to say the repair was complete and ready for collection. It looks like a new phone and is in perfect working order with full access to all the apps and data – a perfect and completely unexpected outcome. If you want a first rate Phone repair I recommend you contact Cell Solutions – you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve had my iPhone for 5 years and the battery health was getting below 81%. I didn’t want to replace the phone as I like it and it’s just the right size. A charming chap served us and explained the options available and we decided on a genuine iPhone battery at £65 which he fitted for us and checked the phone over while we did a bit of shopping. He was not at all pushy and, unlike other phone shops in town when they see us, a fairly elderly couple approaching, did not pressurise us into buying a new phone. We will go to him without hesitation for any future business.

Excellent service fixed the problem within no time…

Had a big problem with my laptop with the screen splitting away from the back of the lid whenever it was opened or closed. Tried researching the problem - a replacement part would be needed and the repair process looked extremely delicate and complicated, way beyond anything I had fixed myself before.
Popped into Cell Solutions, not really hopeful that they would be able to do anything. Wrong! Right away, they assessed the issue, noted they'd need a few days to source the part that was needed, and then would just need a couple of hours with the laptop itself to fix it. Expected a hefty quote for all of this, half expecting that it might even be worthwhile just thinking about a new laptop instead, but the cost was extremely reasonable.
I was kept up to date with progress and the laptop was repaired as quoted and good as new. A really superb job, I can't recommend Cell Solutions highly enough. Thank you.
