Total absence of an anti-cheating system.
Total absence of clear rules.
Total absence on the part of the administrators to respond to community issues.
They have completely abandoned their users and are already closing some of their historical games, after having left them in abandonment for years (but pocketing the money from the microtransitions).

Game that had great potential but with worst admins and money hungry owners.
Admin team full of proven cheaters that help other cheaters.
Support doesnt work.
Waste of time and money.

GM are unsuitable for the work required of them.
They know about the presence of numerous multi-accounts and do not act.

The administrators have the knowledge that an ammount of players play with second accounts, cheating all the time and do nothing.

I have been playing Renaissance Kingdoms since 2009. The game has great potential, but it is dying.

The company has a long history of terrible customer service. Support tickets can be expected to take weeks or even months to be answered, and they are sometimes answered only after having contacted and spammed with messages the GA on Discord.

There are not enough game Admins to deal with cheating. Most of the times they work in favor of the cheaters and they allow them to continue playing and abuse the game. Moreover, they appoint players who have been proven as cheaters before on high positions that give them access to bugs. Bugs may be fixed after months or never which allows cheaters to use them all the time.

Criticism is not allowed, and they ban players from their game and chat groups for any sort of criticism.

Stay away from this game. Do not waste your time and your money.

Unfortunately, especially during the recent year, quality of support service is descending, and currently it is almost fully uneffective.
Who play might have the feeling administration treats players as a "necessary bad factor", in most of the cases they are almost completely unreachable, problems are solved very slowly, with low effectiveness, if they are solved at all.
There are no clear rules, administration's actions are biased and subjective.
In this game cheating with multi-accounting is still a significant problem, and you have a feeling administration is witnessing idly even honest and premium service user players leaving because of this. Administration not making any deeper investigation or effective measures against cheating, so even if the game itself is unique and has a special atmosphere, your invested energy and money can become ruined very fast.

Game full of exploiters and admnis take no action.

Admins ruined the game by allowing their friends to build 100% clone armies. There is no real support. I guess it is a sign that they will pull out the plug on this game sometime soon and so there is no reason to stay and play this. Don`t waste your time and money on this game, not worth it !

Administration allows mass cheating without control of multi-accounts as well as applying non-existing non-written rules in a bias way.
There are many bugs in the app as well as in the browser version, many of which are exploited by the cheaters and overall economy and balance of game is disturbed

Unprofessional behavior by game admins. Lack of support. Don't waste your time and money.

Great app with brilliant people and users.

Admin doesn't pay attention to any comments from people about issues with the game anymore, and the last batch of volunteers working as forum moderators are completely untrained after the top English forum moderators quit because of lack of support from Admin on important issues. The forums are terribly obsolete and breaking all the time - most of the best roleplayers have quit the game as have I after being a loyal player from 2007 thru 2019. Not worth your time I'd recommend trying something newer and fresher. This game is dying out because admin does not know what customer service means.

Some of their games include Renaissance Kingdoms, March of History, and Tribalistan.

The company has a long history of horrible customer service. Support tickets can be expected to take days, or even weeks to be answered. Criticism is met with open hostility, and censorship is rampant.

They ask you for photo ID to play their games, but their ToS fail to specify what they will do with such forms of identification. All to play a browser game....

They ban players from their game(s) and chat groups for any sort of criticism.

Their games are subjectively not very well made as they are very basic browser games riddled with micro-transactions; with basic updates happening very infrequently.

Expect to be called names if ever dealing with their customer support, expect to hear the developers lament how their product does not make enough money very often.
