I am extremely disappointed with the service fee that I was charged.
I contacted your team because I could not understand how the service fee had increased from €180 last year to €250 this year for what appears to be the same service. I asked whether there had been a mistake, but the response I received was simply that this is your current service fee and that customers are informed of it before the service takes place.
However, that explanation does not address my concern.
I have personally referred two customers to your company. One of them is my neighbour, who received the same service approximately two months ago and was charged only €180. If the product and service provided were the same, I would like to understand why I was asked to pay €250.
Furthermore, after referring an additional customer to your business, I was offered a €50 discount and ultimately paid €200. Even with the discount applied, I was still charged more than another customer who received the same service recently.
This pricing inconsistency is difficult to justify and leaves me feeling that I have been treated unfairly as a loyal customer who has actively recommended your company to others.
I find this situation unacceptable and deeply disappointing. Unless a clear and reasonable explanation is provided, I intend to raise this matter with the relevant consumer protection authorities and share my experience on social media and review platforms so that other customers are aware of these pricing practices.
I would appreciate a prompt response explaining the basis for this significant price difference.

Very helpful office staff - very accommodating in getting me an early morning service call. Service engineer was very friendly and efficient.
5 minutes of work to simply change a filter and charged €180, a robbery to me as client. This is will be the last time for sure 😡
The annual water filter service - exchange of water filter - is extremely easy to arrange and the service person arrives exactly as advised. Great service!
Not sure why Culligan wanted a verification of being an existing customer, though, seeing they get monthly payments from me: ?
I had a service on my water system the engineer was very obliging and efficent would highly recommend the company

Minimax 3 + Aplos 5050GPD
I got the mini water softener and RO installed from culligan's. The technician told me empty the tank 2-3 time so that RO filters are cleaned I did this 4 times. The pressure is so low that it's not good for any thing. I complained the customer care but no one has contacted me yet. I complained them in less than 24 hours after installation. I don't know why they sell such faulty products if they can't provide service. The RO is Aplos 5050GPD, avoid this product or Culligan's if you can at all costs.

A sales rep from your company rang me on tue and asked us if we wanted our water softener system serviced on wed the next day I say that would be ok and she asked if we wanted morning or evening I said morning as we had appt in evening. Engineer never came yesterday morning I had to ring service number twice at 1pm and 2pm to find out when the person would be coming out I was told that we were down as first on the list and she would get the Engineer to ring me. I got no phone call and than the Engineer just came out at 2 30 wirh no phone call. We had to cancel our appr we made as we didn't know what time they were coming out at. Found the whole experience not very professional and as they rang me to book service next day they didn't deliver
