If you’re thinking about buying a property I cannot recommend Censeo enough especially Dwayne and Ruth. They were absolutely exceptional from start to finish and I genuinely don’t think I can put into words just how much their support meant to me.

I bought a property previously when I was 21 and didn’t use a mortgage advisor because I didn’t feel like I needed one. This time buying through shared ownership I decided to use a mortgage broker and I am SO glad I did.

Ruth was absolutely lovely throughout the whole process. She was so understanding of my situation incredibly supportive and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I had the help and support I needed. She made what could have been an extremely stressful process feel so much more manageable.

Dwayne was absolutely brilliant. He managed to secure the deal I really wanted for me and when I started having issues with the mortgage being processed and things kept getting rejected he didn’t just leave me to deal with it myself. He personally liaised with the relevant people within the mortgage branch explained everything and pushed things through for me. That level of support made such a huge difference.

Both Dwayne and Ruth worked together so incredibly well and it was obvious throughout the entire process that they genuinely cared about getting the best possible outcome for me. I never felt like I was just another customer they listened, understood and actually fought my corner.

Okay service, not the best In general and especially with regular communication but still do the basic job

To be honest my whole experience has been like roller coaster particularly how slow Newham council dealt with my case. Having said that, I am truly great full for the outcome. I couldn't have bought my home without my mortgage expert Connie Kavuma. She has walked this journey with me, giving me best advice words of encouragement and support till to the day of completion.
