Super easy to find my colour and the service was really fast and lovely to speak to the gentleman.

I needed paint for some small repairs on my Discovery.The old paint I had was not working. This new paint I ordered was perfect - exact colour match and went on beautifully. What more can you ask?

Bought a freelander and obviously it needs the paintwork sorting out (along with a list of other things I'm working through). Central paints was recommended on the freelander chat and i can understand why. Great paint sizes with primers, base coat, and lacquer in a multi pack. Also bought touch up paint as its always handy. Everything well packaged and posted promptly. Website now added to my favourites as Would recommend them highly. order number 11489

Great service. The paint colour was spot on, not easy with a metallic green with gold fleck. The primer, colour, lacquer kit was perfect.

Sent the incorrect colour paint - admitted in writing that paint sent was the incorrect colour and agreed to raise a refund. I have also asked for compensation for painting half of the car in the incorrect colour. This was two weeks ago; since then I get an apology now and then but nothing about refund or compensation. Called and been told they don't have someone to speak to me for an online order. Chasing every day and all I get back is that the workshop manager is still checking. They might be good in general but a mistake is made, they will not help the customer and find the most silly reasons to delay the refund process. Case raised with Trading Standards. Huge lack of professionalism. They are also using EVRI for which next day delivery is four working days later

Awful service! Ordered a variety of items for a job that was urgent, delivery was superb but half the order was missing and the paint sent was wrong, we ordered blue and got grey!
There is no contact number for online sales, I called one of the branches and was told even before I had finished my sentence they couldn't help me because it was an online transaction and the only way to contact is via email. No help at all. You cannot tell me they do not have a contact number to transfer you to!

An email was sent which took 24 hours to get a reply, and all the reply basically said was, send a photo of the packaging and the contents, which I did. 24 hours later I had a reply where another photo was required. Absolute joke. We are now a week down the line and nothing has been resolved leaving us with no choice but to buy the missing items elsewhere.

Absolutely no customer service, anyone with a bit of common sense would have phoned me following the initial email to discuss what has gone wrong, arrange for the missing items and the correct paint to be delivered and the problem would have been rectified,
but no, hide behind email, take a long time to reply albeit with a pointless reply rather than even trying to sort out the problem. I have since asked for a refund and you have guessed it..... still waiting for a reply by email!

Over the years we have spent a fair amount with Central Paints and have recommended other businesses to them, this isn't the first time over the last few months problems have arisen but they had been rectified fairly easily, it is a shame they seem to be getting worse.
I am under no illusions dealing with the shops over the counter service is great, its just the online side of the business that really needs sorting out.

Ordered a touch up kit and the paint doesn't match and it is not the right color.

Emailed customer support and they tell me it is becuase I have used the paint on a larger area than a stone chip ? scratch!

Well it is a scratch I have used it on, and regardless of how big or small scratch , it should match color and not stick out like a sore thumb!

Stay away from them !
