i was just doing a search to find this company again for more panels and come across all these negative reviews, I never had any problems for my transit panels. People only tend too leave bad reviews. Just waiting for restock of suspension hangers for my mk5 transit. I spoke on phone and email even changed my order i think but it was many years ago

Société basée en Andorre, mieux vaut passer par une société domiciliée en France et non dans un paradis fiscal. La prochaine fois je ferai attention à ce détail.

Scam. Awful company. Poor customer service. Order not received “lost in transit” first time around got in contact about a replacement told me 3 weeks wait as they did t have any in stock yet to receive not reply to email. Avoid

Awful. Rude customer service, most of the time they don’t respond. Cheap panels.

Shocking service throughout avoid at all costs

Ordered a few bits last week received today well wrapped up no problems with ordering and combining the post

Panels are good fit , not perfect, but at the right price, zinc plated too so no rust blooms. You need patience though 2 weeks from order to delivery and as in other reviews no rush in getting replies, but were answered in couple of days.

Orderd a part and payed on line. Phil did phone me to say they cant do delivery as they could not get a courier to deliver the panel. And had sent me email six days ago to tell a refund has been made back to my card.but no payment has been credited back my account as yet.there is no reason to hold on to coustomers money for this amount of time.Iwould like a answer why.I have never had to wait for a refund from any other company for this amount of time.

Well what can i say.. very unhelpful chap seems too busy to help and of course he knows everything typical big headed whopper . I think i would rather dump in my hands and clap than have to even think of speaking to this fool again .. dont waste your time people..

No customer service at all, I’ve tried to contact through multiple platforms and heard nothing back ring both numbers and get to hear Phil’s answerphone message yet again. Will be swerving this crowd in future

Central car panels/ central auto parts/ central panels what ever Phil’s business goes by I ordered Sunday it’s now Friday so had chase up on my to do list this being one of them called both numbers no answer left a message giving order number name in full etc part description had a missed call called back from the outset phil came across arrogant and for want of a better word dumb or numb and simply replied I’ve no idea what your talking about I mean come on well he bought out the devil in me from an update request to wanting to wrap the Pannel around his head in 20 seconds he put the phone down refused to answer my bombardment this as a miracle no sooner had my sat nav had been programmed he called with the info he’d no idea about stating it’s with parcel force arriving today what a strange guy phil is I think because it’s a niche market phil thinks he’s above us all in the rarified atmosphere he doesn’t want to deal with me again we’ll Phil if this Pannel fits poorly your going to have too and I will be delivering in person for the quicker refund whstva complete nugget Phil is I can’t believe the negative reviews no way not our Phil he’s a nice man helpful chatty grounded even

Xtra to deliver to NI so i asked for a refund.
Got a refund but very sneakily showed full amount on refund
But it was short of £14 on refund
Seems to be one man band out fit.

He can keep the £14 obviously needs it more than me.

Should be zero stars, they will hold your money for 7 days, does not respond to ANY messages, then claims they are so busy they are over run, and also likes to make out the customer is lying lol, this is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Just read the other reviews,

Worst company to deal with bad panels not pressed correct and damaged don't buy be warned

Absolute waste of time this company they're selling items and taking postage for them then ringing me up refusing to send the item as it to big apparently and may get damaged which I stated if it damaged there will be no comes backs as it a risk I'm willing to take as I need the panel.

Whoever the man is I spoke to appears to be up himself and I won't be using this company again

ordered multiple items and ticked the box to get combined shipping. waited for the email with the account, with the lower shipping cost, but they are so sloooowwww. ordered Thursday morning and, at this time, 4pm Monday, do not have a response. tried to call on Friday, to find out when i will get to know, but got an answering machine. sent a message to let them know that my Transit was VOR, but never got a call back, or answer. last time i ordered from them it took over a week for them to arrive, after payment. kept checking the progress in "my account" but showed "awaiting payment" until they arrived. if there had been any other seller selling Transit panels, i would have gone there.
am now going to cancel the order as i have no time to wait on them. even if they contacted me today i would still cancel the order as it takes over a week to arrive, i have bought from them before.
just going to bodge it up to pass the MOT re-test and keep my fingers crossed.
