Very happy with our transfer to Central Telecoms. Any change in provider of a key service always fills me with trepidation, but Brigid, Leanne and Josh did their very best to set my mind at ease.

The transfer process was not without its challenges, but I think most of the pain was caused by our previous set-up. The support team were excellent in guiding us through everything, and we've been really happy since we made the move.

Even with a major disruption event caused by a falling tree damaging power lines and fibre optic cables, the support team were in constant contact to ensure everything was done to get our system up and running again, and it was particularly reassuring to be dealing with local contacts rather than offshore call centres.

Brigid was patient and helpful in setting up our rather complex phone system. We found the extra features a real asset in communicating between our businesses and home. Its a pleasure dealing with such a professional phone company
