I’m currently completing my RQF Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care with Centra Training, and my tutor, Sarah Ahmet, has been incredibly supportive throughout. Her clear explanations, patience, and ability to break things down in a way that makes learning feel manageable—even alongside work and personal responsibilities have truly made a difference. My support from Ros was invaluable. During a challenging and extremely busy year, she guided and supported me throughout. The schedules outlining what needed to be completed were always sent through clearly and concisely, which made the process far easier to manage. As a business owner, there is only one choice for me — and that is CENTRA — to ensure my team gain the qualifications necessary to support our business.

I like the course itself as it made me understand well how to care for adults, most importantly those with dementia. However, the course became so lengthy as questions were repeatedly answered after overarching discussions and observations.

The company drilled me so well, now I have a good understanding of my roles as a caregiver.I actually thought I would be taught like normal
Classes in school, but this is more of a research program, because I did all myself, my tutor only guided me through it all.Moreso, I acknowledge my tutor , Melanie Bonshor, for her patience and guidance through out the course, thank you.
