I placed an order through the app, and the delivery was supposedly made to my showroom doorstep, which was closed due to the public holiday. However, the only proof provided was a picture of my showroom—with no evidence of the actual packages.
I did not receive a call or a WhatsApp message regarding the delivery. The only communication I received was a delivery confirmation text for an item I never received.
This is now the third time I’m following up on my complaint, yet each time I call, I am told to wait 24–48 hours while the issue is being resolved. This repeated response, without any actual resolution, has been extremely frustrating.
Based on this experience, I will not be ordering from your service again

Very Disappointed – Defective Product and Zero Support
I purchased an item from Centrepoint that was originally listed at AED 499 and paid AED 173 after discount. The product was defective from the very first use, and when I contacted customer service, I received no meaningful response or resolution at all—not even an offer for exchange or refund.
It’s shocking that a reputable brand would treat a long-time customer this way. I’ve followed all the procedures and clearly explained the issue, yet I’ve been completely ignored. This raises serious concerns about product quality and customer care.
If this is how Centrepoint handles defective items, then I’d seriously question the value of shopping here again. Extremely disappointing experience.

I have to say and commend Rosalinda from Shoemart in Centrepoint at DXB mall, I did have an issue with some shoes that didn’t arrive to store on time but after listening to me, she and her manager went out of their way to ensure my daughter was a happy little girl and got the size she wanted in time before we departed, Rosalinda was true to her word, communicated each time and followed through until the end which I really appreciate and if I’m honest was surprised as this is not a service level that is very commonplace , she was super 👌🏾 thank you!

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the delayed delivery of my order and the poor customer service I received. My order was scheduled to arrive today, but despite multiple follow-ups with customer care executives, it has not been delivered.
Throughout the day, I was assured that my order would arrive by midnight. However, when I contacted customer care again before midnight, I was told that the issue would be checked and my order would arrive tomorrow.

The worst app ever! I purchased an item that I needed for an event only because it said next day delivery. I even opted for the store pick up because I didn't want any delays with the delivery company. I called twice and no one could tell me where my order was. Then I receive an SMS an midnight telling me the order is ready for collection. I ask if I can keep the order and still get my refund as some kind of compensation and the call centre says no, we don't offer any compensation for service issue. This was only one affordable item, not a selection of items, and still nothing can be done to assist me or offer some kind of apology. Not the first time I've experienced this service from Centrepoint. Delete the app if you have it, not worth the trouble.

I've ordered travel cases online that came with 3 year warranty. When inwas packing 1 broke. I called immediately and was asked to send email with pics. I did and then they requested videos. I asked whats the difference and they never replied till weeks later saying that they will send someone to me for me to give my address. At this time I responded that i was already on my 1 months holiday and gave my address of my holiday home. 1 month since, I haven't had a response yet and now I'm back in Dubai.
Not to mention the delay in responses from them since my complaint.

I purchase s benetton sling bag using my debit card, by its material look, I thought dubable, unfortunately, stitch quality is cheap for a cost of AED279 only used once the strap was removed.
I returned to store after only 5 days and refund will be 4-15 days while debit card is good as cash.
