Excellent service

I received a refill of Kerosene on 27 July of 1017 litres. The delivery man just shoved the hose straight down which stirred up sediment on the bottom of the tank. As a result the boiler would not fire so we had no hot water. Despite leaving the tank until yesterday the problem did not correct itself. We had to drain about 2 gallons of kerosene from the boiler before it ran clear. Perhaps the hose could be directed at the side of the tank so that it would not stir up the sediment.

The service in general is excellent but on my last delivery I received less oil than I had ordered as the driver did not have enough left. As a budget plan holder, I only usually order 300 litres at a time so to only receive 210 makes quite a difference. Maybe the delivery could have been made on a different day to ensure the full amount was available. This is not a complaint, but if it was during the winter months it would have required my making another order quite soon after
