Excellent service by Certas. Booking engineer was very easy and when he arrived, Mark Armstrong did a superb job in sorting me out. I know I can rely on him as he always is very efficient. I can thoroughly recommend him and his company.

Gareth turned up on time his usual cheerful self.
Talked him through my problem and he fixed it and showed me what to do if it happened again. Then got on and did the annual service.
