Fraudulent subscription model
Scam artists; while the legitimacy of their "iq" test is in question as with other online "iq" tests, what isn't in question however is how they managed to decive people into paying huge monthly sums. The potential of falling into this predicament is certainly not worth the initial 50p paid.

J’ai effectué un test en avril 2024 et…
J’ai effectué un test en avril 2024 et en suite j’ai été prélevé chaque mois de 39 euro jusqu’à décembre par hasard, je me suis rendu compte. Au total, j’ai payé 279 euro pour un test sur site internet.
Site arnaque je vous assure et le service client ne fait rien pour vous. Pas de remboursement pour te proposer

Test QI fait chez eux via un lien qui était sur un site de leur partenaire de confiance et on a le résultat du test si on paye 0,50 euros et rien n'était clairement marqué lors du test et lors de l'email de l'achat de 0,50 euros que l'on souscrivait à un abonnement de 39,90 après 48 heures ! Pour moi ce n'était pas clairement visible et marqué nulle part lors de ma navigation sur leur site... C'était peut être marqué tout en bas de leur page principale et dans leurs conditions générales, mais qui va lire toutes les conditions à chaque fois que l'on va sur une page internet? On passerais plus de temps et perdre des heures à lire des conditions que de naviguer, surtout si on navigue que 2 minutes sur un site... De plus via le lien il était marqué nulle part qu'il s'agissait d'un abonnement et c'est fait exprès pour que vous n'y faite pas attention. Leur méthode est tellement bien ficelée que l'on se fait vite avoir. J'ai eu 3 prélèvements de 39,90 euros sans m'en apercevoir et sans mon accord et sans avoir signé de contrat! Je m'en suis aperçu que sur le 3ième prélèvement, ils utilisent des méthodes bien rôdées pour vous arnaquer en toute légalité. Je leur ai demandé le remboursement mais naturellement, ils vous répondent qu'ils vont transmettre vers le service de facturation et puis vous pouvez toujours attendre... Donc là j'ai demandé à faire opposition sur les prélèvements effectués de leur part, si ca ne marche pas, je déposerais une plainte à l'ECC-net pour avoir un appui juridique et j'irais jusqu'au bout pour récupérer mon argent! Car c'est une violation des droits des consommateurs! Déjà quand on lis les messages sur trustpilot, ca ne va pas en leur faveur.
Est ce que quelqu'un a déjà fait une opposition sur leurs prélèvements et avoir pu être remboursé? Merci de mettre vos expériences et si vous avez pu être remboursé par n'importe quelles moyens en commentaires.

How is this legal? Charging 50p followed by 39,90 and not even be able to set up an account? Trying to get a refund is also a nightmare. They promised to cancel the subscription and the following month they charge you anyways. Stay away from this...

Paid for a one time IQ test and I’ve just noticed they’ve been taking £40 a month from my account. I called up customer service only to be told they can’t refund me, there are no managers to escalate too.

Mauvaise expérience avec Certified IQ - prélèvement abusif sans avertissementJe tiens à exprimer ma profonde déception concernant mon expérience avec Certified IQ. Après avoir utilisé leur service pendant 48 heures, j'ai été surpris de voir qu'une somme a été prélevée sans que je sois prévenu que je m'abonnais automatiquement après cette période. En appelant le service clientèle, on m'a répondu que cela figurait dans les conditions générales d'utilisation. Cependant, je considère qu'il est impératif d'informer clairement les utilisateurs à l'avance lorsque des frais d'abonnement sont appliqués, et non de cacher cette information dans des conditions écrites en petits caractères.Un manque de transparence flagrant et une méthode de facturation que je trouve abusive. Je ne recommande pas ce service.

Costo per il test 0,50 Cent, dopo due giorni si prendono 39,90€ senza nessuna spiegazione e senza aver accettato o comprato nulla.
Non solo la risposta del test non esiste in quanto il Certificato arrivato tramite mail è vuoto ma ti scroccano anche 40€ senza spiegazioni e chiarezza , e se questa non è TRUFFA che cos'è????
