Would definitely use again
I submitted a birth certificate for translation. The quality of the translation was very good, however several first names where not transcribed properly, presumably because the original was not as legible as in more modern/recent documents. The translation service was very efficient and quick. After reviewing the result, I replied to the company's support email address with my annotations and a request for their reissuing a more accurate document. I am awaiting the reply and am confident Certing.com will do the right thing, however, because it was not perfect, I cannot give a 5 star review.
Addendum (10/9/25): Certling.com promptly fixed the mistakes after I pointed them out. They pointed out that the comment section, when submitting a document, is where one is expected to spell out things like names/words that are not so legible. Due to the rapidity of interaction and correction, I am pleased to update my rating to 5 stars. Would definitely use this service again.

Handwritten or older documents can sometimes be difficult to read, which is why we include a comment section in our quote request form for clients to clarify any unclear areas. That said, the team should have reached out when they noticed difficulty reading some of the names, we’ll make sure to improve this going forward.
