got the translations from Italian to English in less than 2 days - there were few mistakes due to the handwritten text, but i got them corrected immediately and was reached out by Michael who supported me in that! great experience, absolutely recommend!

I had to hire a translator for the first time for passport-related purposes. It was quite an intimidating process at first, and people were charging 85€ for 1 short birth certificate in the country where I live (NL). As I was browsing reddit to see where people were getting their translations done for UK passports, I found Certling through one of their self-advertising comments and saw other users approving that choice.
I used their quote simulator, and I was surprised at how cheap it was compared to the other quotes I had gotten. (way less than the quote above, for more pages and words than just the birth certificate)
The support chat was so helpful and friendly, as well as super reactive. I was often writing late in the evening and wasn't expecting any fast answer but they were often answering very quickly!
I sent my documents in the evening and the translation was ready the next day at noon, which was much faster than I expected.

I'm so thankful for this experience, I was very stressed about it but they made the process seamless and even enjoyable.
Will recommend them to my family when they go through the same process.

definitely faster and magnitudes more affordable than dealing with german translation agencies - nothing personal. i especially enjoy the fact the agency actually inquired what government body i needed the document for - I'd had a gut feeling that'd be relevant for a visa translation.

The promptness and accuracy of the translation was fantastic

I recently had 3 important documents translated by Certling. 2 of them were standard speed, 1 of them was express. The 2 standard documents were fairly complex and were translated in 2 days, the express document was translated in less than 2 hours which is unbelivable (and the translations are accurate!)

The 2 standard documents had some minor errors on them due to the way the documents are laid out, but a quick chat with customer support quickly had a brand new certified document sent out about 30 seconds later. Amazing customer service.

For the documents, they're laid out in a way that shows the original document, and then all translated sections are listed below based on sections. Very readable, super handy if you're translating multiple of the same documents, as you can just point out the same translations.

10/10, will use again if I ever need certified translations.

I made the order through their website and my translations were done the next business day. Communication was through a human representative! Both via their website online chat and email. I wouldn’t have used their service if my initial communication with them went straight to chatbots. Fast service and good customer support!

William called me a couple of hours after I submitted my documents and checked that I wanted them translated as there were so few words. I confirmed I did and he refunded me half of what I paid as it was such a small job. Fantastic service and would highly recommend if you need any documents certified.
