We have a server with them and it has been down over 23 hours and they are doing nothing other than trying to push it off on the DC. The owner of the DC is saying it is on Costal Hosting. It is at the point of where I will be calling the police due to the amount of money involved. Legal charges might be coming.

Fantastic hosting, minor downtime and when they do they always pay back with credits or refunds.
Their vps servers are great, currently use it to run my personal FiveM server on it. Additionally, their Game Panel services are really good, I use a Minecraft server and it runs perfectly fine with about 10 people one it.
