I ordered a BBQ. I paid for a BBQ that I ordered. They ordered the BBQ I paid for from a supplier. They assembled the BBQ they ordered for me. They delivered the BBQ they assembled for me. The BBQ worked, and was the one that I ordered.

Great Selection and Friendly Service
Great store with amazing selection. Staff are always friendly, and flexibility for either online or in-store shopping. Definitely recommend visiting the store, all kinds of great barbecues and accessories.

I shopped for a very long time for the Napoleon 4 burner bbq and Chadwick's price was the lowest by far including taxes and shipping. The team went above and beyond in arranging delivery for me seeing that I needed it to be assembled before hand and brought to the back yard on my back patio as I live alone and have no one to help. They reviewed the logistics and even though in the end I had them just drop it off in the garage and had someone else help me they still delivered the bbq on time and the grill is amazing!

While the staff was great and follow up…
While the staff was great and follow up was also great. I made my purchase in the online store and it was only due to a presumption of the item being in stock and available for same day pick up. This was not the case and as a result I had to make a special trip to get the order when it was available for pick up weeks later. I suggest a disclaimer on the store to advise inventory is not available in real time. My error I guess. Again, staff was great and high marks for Customer service overall.

Quick and easy
One of the knobs on my napoleon BBQ broke and after being on hold with napoleon for hours, I gave up and started looking online. I came across Chadwicks and found the original napoleon knob for much less than I was expecting. I ordered the part and it was delivered very quickly.

Not my first choice color but still..
Brian was very helpful. I didn't get the color I wanted but if I were more patient I could have. In any case Im still happy with my purchase and when my son moves out next year he plans to reach out to Brian also. Good people and a good company to deal with.
