I ordered an office chair preassembled and when it arrived I did not find it comfortable so I wanted to return the item for a full refund. I called Chair Office and was told there would be a £35.00 charge to collect the item, which was fine but they were not going to refund the cost of having the chair preassembled. I paid £220.58 and with the cost of collecting the chair and the cost of preassembly, I would only get refunded £154.39. I didn't think this was fair so as I paid for the item through Paypal, I decided to open a dispute. Paypal instructed me to arrange my own courier and send the item back for a full refund. I sent the item back and had confirmation of this by the courier but unfortunately, the courier did not get a signature as proof of delivery. Paypal eventually closed the case in favour of the seller. I had spoken to a smug gentleman from Chair Office called Rich Mitchell who confirmed over the phone that the chair had been returned but was unwilling to make an official confirmation via email. The gentleman from Chair Office, Rich Mitchell categorically stated that he was not going to issue a refund claiming that it was out of his hands and was a Paypal matter. I got my bank involved and they eventually changed their mind and issued the refund through PayPal. Avoid this company.

After receiving my initial chair which was swift. Unfortunately the chair broke in 2 places. However after speaking to Nadia she swiftly arranged collection of the old and delivery of the new. Even though this was a wait between. Nadia did keep chasing the delivery company and actually cared about the situation. Great customer service!

You hear of next day delivery!!! WELL it really happens with this Company, over the moon with Chair and the Delivery, You can not fault this Organisation.

Chair arrived-exactly as described on website. Well-packaged, no hassle delivery. Very happy with the chair and service.

Highly recommend. My order was processed very quickly, as was delivery. I ordered a desk for my home office and the quality is exceptional. Customer service is amazing. I was called the day before my delivery to confirm and was called when it arrived too. I have already recommended to people I know.

So my chair had just left its 12 month warranty period when I noticed I was constantly having to use the lever to get elevation to my seat. Contacted Full Range Furniture who sent me a replacement cylinder free of charge by way of repair plus easy instructions on how to swap out et voila. Fixed.
No quibble excellent Customer Service from a product that I'm still very pleased with. Excellent!

I ordered two desk pedestals and there was damage to both, which seemed to have been sustained during delivery, despite the heavy packaging. Customer services were excellent and arranged for two new pedestals to be delivered, and the old ones collected, within 2 days. The overall quality of the pedestals was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending ChairOffice from both a quality and customer service respect.

I ordered a Torque chair which the parcel company lost. As soon as Officechair became aware of this. A new chair was dispatched the same day and less than 24 hours later I was sitting in my new chair. Can’t thank Nadia and Louie enough. A quality product with exceptional customer service. The chair was very easy to assemble without the need for tools. I can’t recommend this company enough and would certainly buy from them again.

Had a 6 month old chair mechanism become faulty. Contacted Chairoffice lunchtime 20/12/23 explaining the issue with images and a short video. Replacement mechanism arrived 8.20am 21/12/23 and by 9am the faulty chair was back to full working order.

Everything. Clear website, clear pricing and easy delivery. I love the furniture. Hated some of the wood on offer on other sites. This grey oak is stunning!

I had shopped around for this style of furniture and many of the sites sold products cheaply and then would hit you with a massive delivery charge. I loved the transparency of the pricing.

I'm currently considering my options for cupboard space to compliment my office space!

Ordered a desk and pedestal at lunchtime and both arrived the next day. Delivery driver for the desk was very helpful, as it arrived on a pallet he waited while I cleared space then moved it into the garage for me. Desk was really easy to build, was just what I was looking for and looks great. I'd definitely buy from this company again.

I Ordered a Gladstone Grey Oak Corner Cantilever Workstation for my home office.

The desk is exactly what I was looking for, and arrived promptly and on the day promised.

The delivery driver (Pall-ex, I think) was also a superstar.

I wanted to leave this review against the product itself, but alas there is no way to do so.

I contacted Chair office in advance and told them I was a large person in need of a heavy duty bariatric chair, and asked them for recommendations. I purchased the Panther Bariatric chair on their recommendation.

It is a well-padded comfortable chair and if you are a regular sized person then I'm sure you will be very happy with it.
If you are purchasing this chair because you are a larger person and need a heavy duty bariatric chair, then you may have issues.

What is a bariatric chair? A bariatric chair is (supposed to be) a chair designed for wider or heavier users. Enhanced seat widths and larger weight capacities (up to 40 stone) allow for maximum comfort for the user.

The problem is that this chair (along with almost all their bariatric chairs they sell) are just regular-sized, not wider at all, so not really bariatric and no use for larger people at all.
what is the point of a heavy-duty chair able to support the extra weight of larger people if the chair itself is not wider?

As a result the chair was not wide enough, causing the arms to dig into my sides and no way to widen them.

I realise that Chairoffice do not make these chairs, so that is not their fault, but they are responsible for how they market and sell them and need to take responsibility for that.

I only found a couple of Bariatric chairs on the website that actually had extra width and met the requirements for being classed as Bariatric.

Having a checked several other websites, it seems they are all guilty of the same thing.
