I’m leaving this review from France, in Lyon. I received my Deadpool 2 cosplay in about 8 days from the moment I placed the order to hand delivery, which is honestly very fast.
Honestly, I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality. Whether it was the mask, the cosplay itself, or the shoes, everything was very well made and true to the photos on the website as well as the presentation video. The quality is really there, and even better than I expected.
I also want to highlight how professional the customer service was, especially Alice’s follow-up and support. I needed the cosplay quickly, with a fairly short deadline, and she was able to find suitable solutions. She also gave me very good advice regarding my measurements and the choice of size, and she was very flexible throughout our exchanges. We added extra shipping fees for express delivery, she assured me it would arrive on time, and that is exactly what happened.
Everything arrived properly, on time, and with a quality that was truly faithful to what was shown on the website. Just to clarify: the katanas, the two Desert Eagles, and the knife are not included, but everything else is provided with the cosplay.
Honestly, I highly recommend them. A very good experience from start to finish, and many thanks to Alice for her support and professionalism.

Je laisse cet avis depuis la France, à Lyon. J’ai reçu mon cosplay Deadpool 2 en environ 8 jours entre la commande et la réception en main propre, ce qui est franchement très rapide.
Honnêtement, j’ai été très agréablement surpris par la qualité. Que ce soit le masque, le cosplay ou les chaussures, tout est vraiment bien fini et fidèle aux photos du site ainsi qu’à la vidéo de présentation. La qualité est vraiment au rendez-vous, et même au-dessus de ce à quoi je m’attendais.
Je tiens aussi à souligner le sérieux du service client, et en particulier le suivi d’Alice. J’avais besoin du cosplay rapidement, avec un délai assez court, et elle a su trouver des solutions adaptées. Elle m’a aussi très bien conseillé par rapport à mes mensurations, au choix de la taille, et a été très souple dans les échanges. Nous avons ajouté des frais de port pour un envoi express, elle m’a assuré que cela arriverait dans les temps, et c’est exactement ce qui s’est passé.
Tout est arrivé correctement, dans les délais, avec une qualité vraiment fidèle à ce qui était présenté sur le site. À préciser simplement : les katanas, les deux Desert Eagle et le couteau ne sont pas inclus, mais tout le reste est bien fourni avec le cosplay.
Franchement, je recommande vivement. Très bonne expérience du début à la fin, et merci à Alice pour son accompagnement et son professionnalisme.

I probably ordered the wrong size. I was contacted a few times to point this out. The service was very friendly and accommodating, and once I finally figured out the correct size, the order arrived quickly and without any problems. Good Quality!

Absolutely in love with my new Superman suit, fits perfectly, and I wasn't expecting how good the quality was with printed logos, and a zipper underneath the trunks.

A VERY high quality suit. The customer service was perfect too, after putting the order in with the boots to come with it, they messaged straight away to find out my exact measurements for the most comfort and satisfaction.

This place is honestly the best for not all, but most of your DC or Marvel needs!!! I came across this site with little hope. But they honestly blew me away! Their craftsmanship on suits is amazing and their pricing is pretty affordable! I bought the Young Justice Nightwing in Mens 2XL- And it was perfect!

It's perfect just the way you look at it
I paid for expedited shipping and it arrived before the stated date.

This costume looks really, really good. However, there are two quality issues here.

1, sizing is very to the letter and there is almost no room for error. I ordered one size suit that should have fit me but it didn't. I did work with the company for a replacement, but they charged me a pretty hefty fee to get it.

2. I wouldn't necessarily be upset about paying for the replacement, but the original shit arrived damaged. The vest has color bleed on it, and the rear of the suit was split on the seam when received. I was willing to pay for the replacement despite this, as I didn't do my measurements right, however, the replacement suit split on the seam after one wear. Of note, the new suit for VERY loosely on me, so this wasn't an issue of strain on the seam. I will have to sew this suit after 1 wear just to continue wearing it. This should not be an issue with such an expensive product.

3. Lastly, for such an expensive product. They use cheap zippers. I have a feeling the zippers will fail after a few uses. Wearing it once, I had trouble zipping and it got caught often.

Overall, a pretty suit but it has some flaws that cannot be ignored.

Customer service was amazing! Alice with customer service answered all of my questions and assured me they would do their best. It arrived 5 days early. Tracking was great as well. I got updates in real time. We will be urchasing again!

Arnarque! Ne pas acheter, j’ai acheter un costume soit disant en stock sur le site or il ne l’avait pas , j’ai été avertie par mail 3 jours plus tard. J’ai donc demander le remboursement or ils ont refusé et ont voulus me forcer à prendre un autre costume! Heureusement j’ai payé via paypal et j’ai ouvert un litige.

Phenomenal product. I went through all the websites and they all looked like they were going to rip me off and honestly I fully expected to be ripped off but it came early and wayyyy better quality than I expected.

This suit feels like it's straight from a movie-the material and texture are fantastic. I did have to reinforce a few stitches because of the tight fit, it was a small fix, and shipping was super fast!

This costume is just what I wanted! The material feels great and it fits perfectly. The sizing chart was spot on.

Shipping was super fast and they communicated often, sending notifications of when the suit was prepped and being shipped as well as purchase confirmations.
