Delivery took a Bit longer than expected but I WILL be honest the decanter itself is lovely. Bought it as a Gift and the person receiving it was really pleased. would order again, just maybe allow a bit extra time

Just received items purchased from Chapter84, my wife wanted to buy two items for my birthday, so we looked at the website products and prices, the items looked to good to be true, believe you me they are.

The items we purchased are the Harley Davidson motorcycle decanter and the Halloween decanter, the first is just passable but not to the detail as illustrated, the second isn’t, it doesn’t match the illustration except for a label which is black with white lettering, I received mine with a white label and black lettering.

We are bitterly disappointed, not just with the products but the fact that we feel scammed. Looking, at the reviews l wish we hadn’t made the purchase. To return these items it costs as much as buying them.

We will have to put this down to experience, I myself believe in Karma and like to think things balance out, I hope it does with this company.

Nothing like what the website shows
I just received my order it was a skull decanter
It was supposed to be covered in silver even the lid. But what arrived was just plain glass skull no decorative silver on it at all
The reason i went with this company as I thought it was from the uk as it says chapter 84 London
I would never have bought it it I knew this is what I was going to get and wished i looked at the reviews first

If I could give no star I would. This company is not a reputable company. Do not order from Chapter 84. My partners order took over 2 weeks to arrive yet they state they are in the UK. Item received was nothing like he ordered. This was a gift for his future son in law. It arrived one day before the wedding. No gift for the groom. Offered 15% refund, if you want to return it, it would be at your own cost. Scammed. Do not order from this company!!!!!

This is a SCAM site. Please do not use. The products delivered are disgusting. Nothing alike the photos displayed on site. Same for the packaging. DO NOT ORDER. I had to call the bank and charge back as they force you to pay shippment cost to China to return their ridiculouse scam products. They have a uk site and never disclose its deliveted from China.I have reported the site on the Fraud service online. Please continue to report untill the site is shut down.

Bought the Octopus decanter for a friends birthday. Issue 1 - it took 3 weeks to arrive. Told me it had despatched but courier didn't confirm they had it until a week later. Issue 2 - arrived broken, sent them images and advised i wanted a refund as didn't have time to wait for a replacement (already late). They replied to say they wouldn't issue a refund as their policy is to send a replacement. 1st their policies don't overwrite UK consumer law, 2nd their terms and conditions state they will refund or replace, and 3rd their 'policy' they sent me doesn't state they will 'only' issue a replacement. A bit of back and forth with them refusing to refund has meant i have gone through my bank to get the refund. What a waste of everyones time!

I would suggest keeping all emails and photos if you still decide to order but i'd stay well clear!

I wish I had read these reviews first,I ordered the skull decanter and what turned up was nothing like the pictures and the size of a small ornament,nothing like the size or design of the picture,I am hoping to get a refund but looking at other reviews im not sure i will succeed

Please do not send back. You do not have to cover the cost of postage for mis-sold goods they should send you a returns label or a courier to collect, only if mis sold, misleading, not as expected etc. I am now in the process of doing a charge back with my card provider. Please keep all Emails and photo's as card provider will need those details. You must try for a refund 1st. Do not let these crooks win.
I also fell for the scam. Under £100 claim a charge back,over £100 is a section 75. Hope you all get your money

9Just received the Harley Davidson decanter and I'm disgusted with the item!!!! It's no longer than my hand and I have small hands!!! The website clearly lies with blown up images especially the Harley with the hand on the back, absolutely disgusting advertising!!! Also I don't believe you are buying from them, i believe you are paying them double if not more for them to buy the item to have it shipped directly to you from china!! if you look online for ALL THE ITEMS THEY SHOW you will fine them much cheaper and the actual dimensions of each item WHICH CHAPTER 84 refuse to acknowledge when asked why they don't show the dimensions on their site.
ID ADVISE ANYONE THINKING OF BUYING FROM THIS SITE TO THINK LONG AND HARD AND DO SOME RESEARCH FIRST.
Maybe trust pilot should add a feature to add pictures of reviews so people can actually see what's being bought.

These where for gifts would be embarrassed to give to anyone, wished I had checked the reviews before I purchased this Crap Scam

I Brought 3 decanters (mustang, Harley Davidson and lorry) they look nothing like the picture adverts on Chapter 84 website and are just blown glass with poorly attached stickers.
Would not buy anything else or recommend this company.
Total deceiving selling and I. Breach of trade descriptions.

I would have left no stars if I was allowed.

Picked up the John Deere decanter for my father in law. He's been farming for forty years and thought it was Brilliant. Quality feels a notch above what I had expected. Solid, Good weight, pours cleanly

Scam Chinese company AVOID!!

The products are AI generated pictures and the actual product is cheap glass with none of the extra features. When asking for a refund you will be offered 20% discount to keep it. It’s not even worth half the price paid.

They will tell you you have to pay to return to China which will cost £25 +

Don’t not buy from this company because that have a .co.uk email address they Chinese

I am totally disgusted with what they sent as my order, I purchased a Skull design Whisky Decanter for my son, it looked amazing, but what I got was nothing like what I ordered, it didn't even come in the presentation box like shown on their site, I have contacted them so currently waiting to see what their response will be, but going by this I will be wanting a full refund, wouldn't trust them to send a replacement.

Ai company, fake advertising, dont fall for this. All the good reviews on this website are either completely unrelated to the products they sell or are over exaggerating, obviously fake reviews

Got the Harley decanter for Myself After years of Admiring them in shop. arrived well packed with no chips or Marks. looks Brilliant on the Sideboard and the Whisky Tastes better out of it..Or, maybe that is just the Occasion of pouring it properly for once.

Wouldn't have given any star if that allowed me to do that !
Avoid this company as the product is nothing like advertised on their website.
As for the 30 days hassle free return every email sent resulted on an increased discount to keep the product!!
I am about to drop it off at the post office this will probably result on the postage being more than the cost if the item.
Extremely dissatisfied is an understatement!!!!!
The amount to send this item back was £25.99 !!!

bought as a Birthday Gift for my Husband and it went down an absolute treat. Really well made, nothing flimsy about it. He is been using it every weekend since it arrived.

Total waste of money nothing like advertised my error not reviewing properly
