Efficient and professional
I ordered online which was easy. The pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies. I recieved several emails confirming the order, time and date of delivery. A phone call to let me know they would be delivering soon. I'd left a side gate open so that the fence panel could be left in a secure place and the friendly delivery guy showed initiative and was placing it behind the gate when I finally arrived at the door. All very efficient and professional. I would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again

1st class heavy duty fence panels
I ordered 13no 6x3 feather edge panels over the phone, a very pleasant, helpful Lady sorted out my order to Be delivered to Chipping Ongar, delivery price was very reasonable as were the panels. On arrival the panels were unloaded by a very nice young guy, who you could tell had pride in the company. Panels now fitted 5*

Great company to deal with.
From initial phone call I was impressed with friendly helpful service. I visited the premises to see the products, place order & pay etc.
The office staff all very helpful, working as a team. The blokes working in the yard were also very friendly & happy to get the goods I was taking with me. Delivery was arranged and completed very efficiently. My customer was delighted with the new panels. I was so pleased I’ve been back in today to order new panels for my own garden.

What a fantastic company to deal with…
What a fantastic company to deal with from start to finish! I placed my order online with ease, had confirmation emails instantly then followed by shortly after a delivery address. I was called on the day of delivery as well with an expected time. The guy who delivered was spot on time and with a lovely welcoming attitude and great customer service he unloaded and brought my fence panels into my garage. A great company and I would highly recommend to everyone - I’ll certainly be using them again - thank you all so much! Andy in Hornchurch.

The driver was very informative. I was unable to meet the driver to unload the truck. With no issues he placed them in the garden.

Great product
Great product, we ordered 2no 6ft x 5 ft fence panels plus 1 small special fence panel, excellent quality, delivery slot was monitored by Charfleets, in that they called me to confirm a slight delay in delivery, driver caught up in traffic in Kent.
Panels look well constructed with good quality materials used.
