Ordered a chair via etsy, when putting the chair together one of the slats wasnt attached leaving sharp nails exposed...the delivery experience was extremly poor also, i received the item 7 days after i was informed i would receive it...when it was delivered it was just left on the street. Contacted the company...was advised that i would receive a new chair already assembled...ive heard nothing since- i have emailed to request when i will receive the replacement chair- ive had no response, extremly poor Customer Service and a total disappointment with the item i have paid for and cant use...i was planning on buying another chair however due to this i absolutely wont be now.

The item I ordered was delivered on the date promised and the delivery driver was extremely courteous throughout!

Handy wee outside table which matches perfectly with my two benches from Charles Taylor. It will be perfect when Summer arrives. It was in the sale, fantastic price and was delivered on time, great service.

We have ordered several pieces of garden furniture over the last three years, they are all solid and well made,. They have been delivered on time and assembled if necessary by pleasant people what more can you ask for. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Always delivers on time and very well packaged

Purchased two hb220 raised trugs as a special event gift for my wife.

Then the problems started

First delivery..
1) no phone call prior to delivery ruining the suprise gift, my wife answered the door.
2) item damaged upon delivery
3) items not built on first delivery
4) no receipt given
5) wrong items delivered

Second delivery..
6) no call from a manager or director to resolve issues from first delivery
7) again no receipt given
8) items built incorrectly which will now cause them to rot faster
9) no apology or compensation offered

Dealing with a manager he was unapologetic and didn't seem to care, not one apology for ruining my surprise gift or any of the other problems.

Buy at your own risk as customers service is pathetic, I've never dealt with a worse company for customer service.

Now left with an item that will rot faster due to the idiot driver building the item incorrectly.
The base shelf is clearly 10cm off the ground in the pictures online but driver just put them on the floor and screwed them into the legs.
Even if I raised them now I'll be left with holes at the bottom of all four legs that look hideous and unprofessional. Paid £75 per item and expected better.

Fed up dealing with all the issues from one order I'll never purchase again from this company, that's after buying benches, chairs, coffee table, dining table, more benches, potting table, bench cushions, chairs cushions.

Very disappointed to say the least.

I emailed a complaint to them & they offered me 50% off a future purchase, which I refused, then they offered me 25% off a future purchase.
What a joke this company is.

Don't waste your time or money. Plenty other good retailers with good customer service out there. I've now asked to speak with someone higher up and will update here.

Good quality table and chairs and a very reasonable price - I was especially happy with the delivery. We weren't able to be there for delivery, but it arrived at the stated time, lovely guy on the phone who confirmed the address and then cracked on. We were delighted that, upon arrival, the furniture had not only been successfully delivered but was neatly set up in the exact spot I wanted it!
