Excellent...super easy to work with and very accommodating!

Our condo at Port-o-Call in Wild Dunes is our all-time favorite place to stay on this planet! Oceanfront, gorgeous decor, clean and always in top condition, simply perfect! Dunes Properties (Jess and Emily) did a magnificent job of arranging everything for us, so we had the problem-free vacation of our dreams. Can't wait to return!

Loved the grounds & pool. Our favorite spot was the screened porch. Did not care for all the Asian decor since it is a beach house. The kitchen is awesome!!

Most of staff very responsive. One employee who was in charge of registration was armed with an attitude of arrogance and dismissal. Otherwise the staff was very helpful. Condo was okay and met average standards. Floors were not cleaned upon arrival but they did send housekeeping.

Loved our vacation!
The Tides of Five was a beautiful rental property within the Charleston oceanfront Villas. We enjoyed the top floor with the breezes and the sun, moon and stars. The furnishings were comfortable and lovely. T

This was our first visit to Folly Beach. We stayed in the Charleston Beachfront Condos. The condo was very clean and well equipped....
in fact we really didn't need to bring most of the 'incidentals' (soap, toilet paper, hair dryer, etc) that they recommended because it was all there!
We loved the proximity to restaurants, bars, and shops! We hardly moved the car all week. Since we were in an area that is mostly condos, the beach was very crowded.....but that is to be expected. One complaint.....and it may not seem like a big deal to some, but it can really change how you spend your day. There was not one umbrella or shaded area at either pool!! No way to stay at the pool and not be in the sun. If you didn't want to be in the sand with a beach umbrella, you had to go back to your room. This problem is so easily corrected, I just don't understand why it hasn't been.

Without hesitation, I recommend this property! The staff is helpful and friendly, and the condos are clean and very conveniently located. We have stayed twice, and we will book another stay in the future!

The unit was clean and the furniture was comfortable. The view was amazing. Access to the beach was awesome. The Lee family had a great time!!!

Wonderful experience, as always. No problems encountered. Communication during reservation process and throughout our stay was great. Check in and check out were a breeze. We have used Dune Properties for several trips. We will be back again!

This was a great property and location. Only difference to what was expected is no TV in the suite. Even after I asked to verify. Luckily we had a great time and didn’t miss it as we unplugged from the world for the weekend. Looking forward to booking again soon.

Wonderful, relaxing and fun vacation. 407 Charleston Ocean Front Villa is a wonderful, updated condo we have rented in the past and love. The beach was great, the town of Folly is fun and of course it helps that the villa is only a short drive to Charleston! I highly recommend renting this villa and trusting your vacation needs to Dunes Properties.

Location was absolutely perfect and this company was very easy to work with. I would recommend to anyone.
