I ordered several pieces and contacted them via email on 5 separate occasions and received one email requesting photos of items I was requesting a refund/return on and I have not received
any additional correspondence with return information. The items were much smaller than described with a different design. DO NOT ORDER ANY ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY!

A total rip off! A scam!! Jewelry arrived broken and I was issued a credit for the goods. Website does not engage. When I was able to get to my shopping cart to apply the "credit code" it was accepted but then it will not accept my credit card. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND BEWARE OF ANY JEWELRY ONLINE WITH THE NAME "GRACE" IN IT!

They duplicated my order and refused to refund my money for the duplicate even when I emailed them within minutes of the order when I realized what had happened. The duplicate wasnt even the size ring I wear. It was 3 sizes to small. They sent it anyway and charged me double. SCAM ARTISTS!!

Necklace was way too small for my neck. Possibly the size for a child. It pleased

It took almost 2 weeks longer to deliver than told and the rings seemed thinner in picture and my rings are about 1/2 a size tight. I would suggest order a tad bigger

Poor quality. Not what I expected at all.

The rings were pretty and fit well. Unfortunately the finishes started to change after a couple of wears.
The earrings, however, were not of good quality. The "hand hammered" part was just a washer with a hole in it and the hoops were impossible to fasten.

The rings I ordered were not as shown on the website.

Broken jewelry, one bracelet instead of three…. No customer service number, not returning email…

Well- I should have read these reviews, but I only saw the false reviews on the website before buying 2 rings and a pair of earrings.
When I opened them, I honestly thought it was a joke! They look like they fell out of a cheap Christmas cracker!
The materials are so cheap and nasty looking - no stamps as they’re just cheap looking tat.
And by the looks of everyone else I’m not going to be getting any money back anytime soon!

I made a large purchase from this company and have been trying to make a return by following their strict directions for the return and the company has not responded to my efforts at all. I will never suggest nor purchase from them again.

Quality is poor. I’ve started the return process but they do not respond to emails.

Items weren’t as pictured. I asked them to not ship and refund after reading reviews. They shipped anyway. It’s crap. Not worth your money.

I made a purchase for the 1st time. I received my order timely and it was exactly what I wanted. I then placed a new order that I was equally happy with.

I was so excited to open the box and sheer disappointment was all that I was looking at. The ring looked absolutely nothing like what the picture was online the ring I was received was not even close to the picture. This ring is ugly and just something that looks cheap. I wouldn’t of even paid the 30 bucks for something like that let alone the full price you were asking and then send a 10% off card as if I would waste anymore money on a second ring to look like crap. It honestly looks like something that was bought out of a gum ball machine. To think you hand crafted this, yeah ok I just think this is not true. No wonder this is business is going out, you are selling pure junk! I have bought hand crafted jewelry in the past and it’s always so beautiful and unique this was the opposite, trash!

Wrong size was sent. It doesn’t fit my ring finger it’s too big. How can we fix this issue.

Earrings broke the first time putting them on. It literally broke in half. One ring and ankle bracelet is cute and looks top grade. Other ring was disappointing. It looks cheap and not high quality as the other one.
After wearing the one ring for a few weeks its now starting to tarnish. These are cheap crappy jewelry definitely not the quality I was expecting or paid for.

I need to return the order

Very disappointed in the quality of the product, nothing like the pictured or described product. The earrings that was suppose to match the earrings were flat printed material not the stone pictured in the display! Plus the first shipment was confiscated by postal officials for improper postage. I finally got my order 2 1/2 months later.
