Company based in China. Everything you read is true.
Awful material, broken zipper, sizing off, unwearable item.
Wish I came here before ordering, but hope I can save someone else some cash.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER. This is a fraudulent website, appearing to be based in the UK but are not! Stock is bought from Asia and does not look as advertised. When requested to return the items as the quality was so poor, the customer service was equally shocking, they expected me to ship back to China.

It does not state anywhere on the website that the goods are from Asia and that if you wish to return any items, they will need to be returned to Asia not the UK.

I have sent several emails requesting a UK return adddress and they dont even reply.

This company needs investigating and removing.

Truly awful fraudulent clothe shop ordered online dress wasnt as it looked sent back immediately customer services insist returns are sent to factory in china even tho they make out a uk companh - was made to return to china! At my own expense of £20 been a month still not been refunded

Terrible quality clothes. Pretending to be a UK company but really based in China. You have to pay for postage of returns. Poor customer service. I will NEVER shop from them again.

I purchased two dresses from this site for £50, they make out they are a British company and they aren't.
I'm a size 12 I purchased a large it goes no where near me, the material is shocking, quality.
No returns label!
Now can't contact anyone.

They tell a story that their store is in Manchester, but it is in china .
The quality is awful, very cheap and very poorly designed.
I asked for a refund and sent the dress back, tracked it to the address they provided me but
They are saying they are still waiting for it .

Stay away from this company they are fraudsters

I have since sent the dress back to their Chinese address sent them the tracking number, Saying it has been delivered but they are saying they did not get .

This company is disgraceful .

Bought a dress from this company, it's the worse dress I've ever bought, material is awful, stitching is so bad, customer service is so bad, told me to send back, costing £22, back to China, awful company, wouldn't buy anything off them again, wouldn't of even give given them 1 star 😡

Contacted this company several times by email to find out their returns procedure to arrange a return but have had no response at all. I’m now left with an ill fitting very poor quality dress I cannot return. Customer service is not just poor but non existent will never buy from this company again.

Avoid at all costs- terrible quality and sizing all wrong. Ordered medium dresses but far too small and they are only offering a voucher not a full refund which clearly no-one wants.

Awful and still pursuing a refund but they are demanding photos and labels of the sizes of which there are none so how do they know what size I have even ordered?!

Dress is nothing like the picture. Came from Shanghai. Material very thin no pockets in the dress complete rip off.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I wish I read these reviews before buying a dress. Came from China, material and fit was horrendous. I've asked for a refund and shipping instructions and had 2 emails back about about sending them pictures of the dress on (which I did) and was offered a 50% voucher to buy something else?! Under the 2015 Consumer Rights all purchases charged via credit card are protected even items bought abroad. Sadly, they are a scam company and I'm going to go down this route

I ordered a dress then wondered why it was taking so long to arrive so got in contact with them they said it had been out of stock but I was told it was dispatched arrived 2 weeks later and it was poor quality so asked to return they then tried to give me a 50%discount of another item but still no return address eventually sent a return address for it to be in china not sure to return it will I get my money back ???

If you need to return an item (which you will as sizing is ridiculous) then you get given an address in China and you have to pay for return and hope for the best!!!!

Do NOT buy from this Company. I ordered an outfit following its advert on Instagram. When it arrived the quality was disgusting. I emailed the Company requesting their return address as it’s not on their website but received no reply. So I returned the address to New Cannon Street Mall, Manchester which is the address they have on their website.I emailed them to inform them I’d returned it to this address. They told me this was an incorrect address and that I should contact Royal Mail to get the parcel back. Only then would they give me the ‘secret’ address to return it to. A dreadful Company with dreadful poor quality clothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I have since discovered they are in China but you don’t know this when you purchase from them. No explanation on their website. This Company scams you so beware!

I would not recommend using this Company. They are based in China but use a UK address on their website. I am not satisfied with my order and have to pay to return it to China which I feel is so wrong.
