I ordered something in June and still haven't received the item. I also requested refund after 2 months and no response. This is a scam. I have no item and out of over $100.

Is the website claiming to be “charming Charlie” real? The clothing has NO labels and the look and feel like Shein clothing! How can they use the “charming Charlie” we once knew without a label on the clotning? It’s cheap and they won’t accept returns! Do not shop there!

I purchased the Dark Blue Medallion Tote and the bag handles shredded. I had the bag for at least 4 months and have not used it much. I requested a refund or replacement and was informed that they do not provide refunds or reimbursements. Be aware that that bag is not good quality.

You return a purchase to them and you have to wait 2 weeks to get a refund Buyers Beware!!

This was my favorite place to work. The leadership + sales management at the store I worked at in Ohio was really compassionate. We reached our sales goals majority of the time and floor sets were so much fun.

To be a shopper was always a pleasurable experience. There is a style for everyone and it is really cool to feel the beauty in the simple things CC has to offer.

I had 2 separate orders. Both orders contained the same products. Bought with sale discount. Ended up returning both orders.
They took the full cost of one of the purses off of both orders. Both order refund were short. One by $5. and one by $25.i tried for over 3 months to get this corrected. Guess what? They were not very pleasant and refused to correct refunds. I sent copies of order photos and return credits. To date nothing. I would give negative stars if possible. So, buyer beware warned....

Just received a gold and rhinestone bracelet that I ordered. It is beautiful, just as gorgeous if even more so than pictured on their web site. Will wear a lot. Love it.

One of the worst customer services! They give unhelpful and unreliable information. service is very slow, shipping takes forever to reach, need to get a response after multiple calls. very rude and untrained customer service associates. CC had offered 15% discount after email and phone sign up, but the code did not work. even after multiple email complaints, this was not resolved. Please do not waste your money and buy from CC. And save your time and the headache.

My daughter purchased a purse for me for my birthday. She is a teacher and was overwhelmed with in school, on line and many other problems involved with her job due to Covid. The brown box was delivered to her and she didn't have time to open it; so she just wrapped the brown box and gave it to me. She knows I use large purses which I have purchased from Charming Charlie in the past. To our surprise, the purse was little. I sent a letter to Charming Charlie enclosing a picture of my regular size purse compared to the little purse which cannot hold all my objects and asked if I could exchange it even though it was past the 30 day return policy because of Covid and my daughter not opening the box. Charming Charlie did not have the courtesy to even ANSWER MY LETTER. Evidently they don't care about their customers; only ABOUT SELLING MERCHANDISE.
Disappointed in Charming Charlie.

I will never order anything from CharmingCharlie.com again. They show phony photos of items, and then send you total JUNK, NOT as pictured. They are FRAUDSTERS for sure, and then will charge you to RETURN the JUNK. I was immediately REFUNDED by my credit card company, but it came out of their own funds, rather than a chargeback to CharmingCharlie.com. I believe they probably had numerous complaints regarding that stinking outfit. Their stores were ok., but do NOT risk losing $$$ to their internet sales scam.

I placed an order for multiple items. I liked all but two of the items. When I tried to write honest reviews on their website, I noticed my 1 and 2 star reviews never posted but surprisingly my 5 star review did. Now I can never trust this website since I feel they are being manipulative.

Order some stuff on line. Took a long time to get to me and when it did, the dresses did not fit. I contacted them about returns and refunds. I sent back at my own expense per their instructions. It is now a month later and I have not received a reply on the return. I have called them twice. Will never order something else that needs to be sure of fit.
