Outstanding service and an overall great private jet experience
This was an outstanding service experience from start to finish, a complete contrast to the last charter company I used who made $11,000 of mine disappear with nothing to show for it. The immediate response to every question was beyond expectations. The pilots were outstanding as well across the board. Everyone went above and beyond.

Brendan and Kristina were waiting when I arrived at the airport. Very professional and nice. Kristina went through the safety procedures and explained where the snacks and water were.
The plane looked new both inside and out.
Would fly with them again without hesitation.

They had a delay because of a broken…
They had a delay because of a broken plane. They found another one very quickly, and was delayed about 2 1/2 hours. The substitute plain was just like the first one very well flown and nice inside.

It was an emergency flight from Destin to Oklahoma City. My mother in law had a major heart attack and wasn’t expected to survive. You all were fantastic at getting us on a flight right away. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and professional. I will recommend your services and company for sure.
