Spent nearly $3,000 for late shuttles, unsafe driving, and a insulting $187 refund

I strongly caution anyone considering this service for a time-sensitive event. We spent close to $3,000, and our experience was marked by multiple severe issues:

Severe Delays: The bus was 45 minutes late for our initial pickup (3:45 PM instead of 3:00 PM), causing guests to miss the start of our ceremony.

Useless Contact Info: The driver number given to us was wrong, reaching a complete stranger. When we called live support, they couldn't get in touch with the driver or provider either.

Unauthorized Schedule Changes: The driver unilaterally pushed our 9:30 PM return trip back to 10:00 PM and tried to cancel our scheduled 10:30 PM trip altogether.

Safety Risks: Dispatch had to step in so the final trip would even happen. When the driver finally showed up around 11:00 PM, they drove aggressively down the mountain, leaving a strong odor of burning brakes throughout the vehicle.

To top it all off, after ruining the timing of our event and risking guest safety, the company deemed a $187 refund appropriate on a $3,000 bill. Completely unacceptable. Proceed with caution.

1st class service for our golf event shuttling

The bathroom on the bus was not clean before he showed up, and it had a very unpleasant smell. It should have been cleaned and properly maintained before the bus was in service.

PLEASE WORK WITH BUS COMPANIES DIRECTLY (do not use a 3rd party service) their terms allow them to cancel and change pricing on you whenever they want. This has happened to us 3 times in a row! I have lost 2 clients, and over a combined $8k, because of CharterUp. PLEASE BOOK YOUR BUSES WITH A BUS COMPANY DIRECTLY IN THE AREA YOU NEED SO WHAT HAPPENED TO ME, DOES NOT HAPPEN TO YOU.

Making a reservation was easy, pricing was affordable and the driver was kind and professional

I highly recommend CharterUp for its excellent service. The staff was always professional, courteous, and attentive from start to finish. The bus was clean, comfortable, and exceptionally smooth on the road—it felt like riding in a limousine. To top it off, the driver, Rashid provided STAR treatment and was very professional. Excellent driver!! I would gladly choose Charter Bus again for future transportation needs.

Our driver was outstanding. He was punctual every single time, always arriving ahead of schedule, and clearly knew the routes well. He parked safely and drove with care throughout the entire trip. We had a complicated itinerary with multiple pick-ups and drop-offs, sometimes at locations different from the original stops, and he handled every change without any issues. On top of that, he was very friendly and helped with our luggage.

The bus showed up on time. We got regular updates of its location. The driver Jorge Pizarro, was very courteous and accomindating.

On Time Drivers were great the only issue was the big bus air conditioning was not working

I booked a bus months in advance for a work trip. We were 700 miles from home and were relying on the bus to take us to the airport (2 hours away). I had 23 people waiting for a bus that never showed up. I called and was told it would be 3 hours before a replacement could be provided and the reason for all of this? The local contractor had not checked their schedule - again, this had been booked for months.

From the Sales people to the driver Scobey everyone was professional and will to help as we made small adjustments to our needs. The bus was clean and efficient, we had a small issue one morning and they where ready with alternate services if needed. We will you them again for future trips
