Wish I had read the reviews prior to purchase. Low quality garment, nothing like the item advertised and refuse to accept a refund, won't provide a return address. No other explanation other than a SCAM!
If I could give a minus star for an experience, I would!!

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH, NOTHING LIKE ADVERTISED, COMPLETE MISDESCRIPTION. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
CONTACTED THEM AND RESPONSES HAVE BEEN SWIFT AND REFUND OFFERED BUT ONLY IF I COVER RECORDED POSTAGE BACK TO CHINA (NOT A LONDON BUSINESS). THIS IS DESPITE THEIR CONDITIONS SAYING RETURNS AT THEIR COST IF ITEMS DEFECTIVE, WHICH THEY DEFINITELY ARE.

Cheap rag material sizes are not UK sizes and shoes are plastic yet again not UK sizes same offered 15%/20% refund to keep their cheap and nasty clothing
And have to send returns back to china
After spending £150.24p on there cheap rubbish

I purchased a shirt for £37.50, expecting quality that matched the price. However, the material turned out to be cheap and the size was not really what advertised in terms of fit of arms and shoulders. Honestly, the item was not worthy the money at all.

Their customer service responses only seem to make returns and refunds difficult and financially difficult. For example, returning the item to China via tracked service (as asked) would cost around £20—which is a lot considering that the shirt costed £ 37.50.
I felt that I was left feeling forced to accept their 15% refund option instead of returning the item, which felt unfair. This policy should be made much clearer at the time of purchase to avoid deceiving customers.
Would not recommend.

DO NOT BUY from this company totally frauds! looks like nothing on the picture and then try to force you to keep it. then when they do say you send it back you have to cover crazy costs to send back to China when they try and say its shipped from London.! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Con artists. Ordered a jacket for £50 and got the cheapest piece of rag ever. Nothing like the item displayed. Complained they offered 20% discount on next order. Complained again now told to return to china and to put low value when returning so they don’t get a customs charge. These really are conning people do not buy from them. You just lose your money and don’t get a refund. Avoid at all cost and fir future reference if the image of the item is missing the head and face of the model don’t buy it’s the chinese lying scum bags.

They make out they are in London.
I stupidly ordered a jacket and after waiting an eternity they sent a piece of rubbish they proclaimed to be a jacket.
You then have to return to China
It’s such a scam
If I can stop some orders it would make my day

Do not use this company………The shirt I ordered for £37 is worth £2.50 at most. Shocking fabric, badly made, no cuffs. Disgusting. I presumed I was buying from a London based company. I am reporting to trading standards. They need to be stopped. A complete scam……

I had no idea from the website that this is a Chinese company and I have been caught out with poor quality, wrongly sized goods from there before, so I wouldn't have bought the items had I known. I am now dreading the arrival of what I imagine will be rubbish.

I recently made a purchase from this company’s instagram site. The product received does not reflect the online images and is of poor, inferior quality. Responses from ‘Gene’ only serve to make return/ refund virtually impossible and financially unviable.

AVOID AVOID AVOID…Absolutely disgraceful! Avoid like the plague! The item was over £30 and turned up looking nothing like the item on their website. Printed pattern on 100% polyester with a cheap label. Cheapest material & an embarrassing excuse for a shirt! Will see what fun we have trying to return it. The website items are not items that turn up.. im just glad I only bought one thing. It’s definitely false advertising

Had the exact same outcome with Ancien Clothing, avoid, they put pictures on their web site from other companies catalogs then send you a cheap and nasty imitation. Impossible to receive a refund, total scam.

I was interested in a pair of trainers and purchased them. I received a very interesting email that set my teeth on edge. They wanted me to log in and verify my purchase, I thought this is not right so I went on line to find this site where no one had good word. I instantly canceled my cards and contacted my bank, chase-London had set up a subscription on my card without telling me and I had to, I cancelled all my cards and informed the bank of the purchase!

I wish I’d checked here first - I normally would, but this company make it look as though the clothing is from a London store.
As everyone else has said…..don't be fooled, the clothes are utter rubbish and if you try to return them, it’s to China……
Companies like this should be taken down, but it’s up to us to take care and not be duped.

Ordered a blouse after seeing an Ad on Instagram but I didn't receive the item, or get an email confirmation for an order. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM - I wish I had checked Trustpilot reviews first before ordering. The company gives the impression its London based but it's not, it's either located in Amsterdam or China. I've requested a refund and contacted my bank who advised i send an email as proof of reaching out to try and resolve the matter - if I get no luck Mastercard will do their own Investigations. I encourage people to contact Instagram if you saw the Ad through their platform & report them

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company do not send what you order. They send a different cheap item that is nothing like what was ordered.
When you ask for a refund you then have to pay the postage to return it.
Oh and all products come from China, take forever to arrive and you then have to pay postage for the item to return it to China! Even when it's their fault as they sent a different item.

They try to bribe you with reductions on further purchases and tell you to retain their rubbish to avoid costs to return WITH NO REFUND. If you do not accept they tell you to return goods for a refund.

Extremely poor quality item, and is trying to make me ship it to china before processing a refund. I am happy to send it to uk address but not spend more more on shipping than the item itself. Ridiculous way of doing business, poor customer care and ultimately a scam to take your money.

Like many others before me have stated Chase London is a company in China I paid a lot of money for a jacket and when it arrived it was the wrong colour and material with threads hanging out off it…DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I too thought I’d been scammed. I contacted them by email when I received the tracking information and it was obvious that the items were coming from China not London. They replied but didn’t address the issue of not coming from London, but said they shipped from the manufacturer.
Yesterday my two shirts arrived. Not the fabric I thought I’d ordered but a heavy polyester spandex (when I rechecked the website it did say that). The fabric is a quality heavyweight and all the patterns (dogs) are matched perfectly. The shirts are fantastic. I wore one today and people were asking where I got it from.
I was tempted to buy the cat shirt today but decided not to risk it as I’d come out of this ok!
So very slow delivery from China but I liked the quality. I felt I couldn’t give them more stars than 3 as they had not been honest in their website. Don’t believe they have ever had a shop in London.
