Him and the rest of the team are fabulous. Wonderful prices for cash buy outs. They made a hard time in our life easier. We cant thank them enough. All the messy family problems we had the fact my husband works out of town they where patient and accommodating with help and tips. They are just Wonderful. Fair prices and close quickly. There was a situation that came up (not either of our faults) that I won’t get into, but needless to say, they got the bad end of the deal, but still sold me the house anyway when they didn’t have to. They could’ve canceled the contract, but honored their word.
