Very disappointing.
I have worn my hair in a short Bob for many years, I booked with a stylist at Chatter Square One. I got 3 appts with him. He was good. However he ended up quitting. Then I had to book with another stylist. She was good but ended up quitting. On February 10 I had booked with another stylist and she totally ruined my bob cut.
She cut and shaved the back of my head like she was shearing a sheep. Total mess. No more bob style. The stylist totally misconstrued how I wanted my hair cut. I went in with a long Bob cut and now do not know what to call the mess she made. I filed a complaint with Chatters so they have all the information. Just waiting for a response from customer service.

Garbage customer service
I booked hair cuts for myself and wife, for whichever staff was available since we were new customers. My service was okay, but my wife had been utterly ignored or the staff were rude to her and walk-ins were getting immediate service. Other companies prioritize the customers they book and squeeze in walk ins. We won’t be back that’s for sure
