No response to queries
I have been extremely disappointed with the level of customer service. I have repeatedly tried to contact the company using the only method available—the email address provided—to request an amendment to my airport booking. Despite the company's commitment to responding to enquiries within 24 hours, I have now been waiting over two weeks without receiving any response or acknowledgement.
The lack of any alternative contact method has made it impossible to resolve my query, causing unnecessary frustration and uncertainty. It would greatly improve the customer experience if a member of staff were available to discuss booking queries directly, particularly when urgent amendments are required. I would also appreciate improvements to communication and response times so that customers can have confidence that their enquiries will be dealt with promptly.

We’re very sorry for the frustration and uncertainty caused.
We contacted you within one hour of receiving this review and asked for details of the amendment so we could help as quickly as possible.
We have also checked our support inbox but have been unable to locate your previous emails, so we have asked you to forward them to help us investigate what happened.
We take your feedback seriously and are reviewing additional contact options, including WhatsApp support, to make urgent booking queries easier to resolve.

**Update – 23 July 2026:** Since posting our original response, we have added telephone support and live chat to Cheap Airport Parking, giving customers additional ways to contact us .
We also contacted the customer for a further and final time on 15th July 2026, again offering to assist with their booking. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response to either of our messages, and no further information was provided that would allow us to locate or verify the earlier communications referred to in the review.
Mistakenly double booked same parking
Mistakenly double booked same parking, emailed to cancel one of them and was extremely pleasantly suprised how fast they responded and refunded money within 20 minutes .

100% Scammers!
Firstly it took nearly an hour to get our car back at Bristol Airport!
Then, either where they “store” your car is 150 miles away (300 miles in total) or they have being using my car for the last week?
If you have already booked and paid for
This scam I would advise taking photos of your dash before you leave your precious car with them!
I’m expecting fines through the door TBH too!
