Leo was very helpful and tried to accommodate our circumstances with our flight being canceled by the airline company no fault of our own. It is inconvenient but Leo was knowledgeable and understanding to our disappointment in not being able to fly out to a special occasion event. He applied to our request and explained things in a manner that’s we understood

Do not book. It is a scam - click and bait - they try to get you in with the cheapest fare and after you book the flight, they will call you to tell you that the booking did not go through, but they can help you to get the ticket, but at the fare presented by other serios companies like expidia, orbitz, etc. Just a scam to get you on the phone to try to sell you the ticket. Not Serios business.

This website is more of scam. Order a ticket from them and they would quote one price and than send you an email to call them and than tell you the price you order is gone and seat is no longer available and automatically up the price. All of sudden there is a seat once you paid a new price. I tried to do this twice and they did the same scheme. If other people have a good experience when them. I happy for them, but for me and for anyone who dont want to be scam. Dont bother with CHEAPFAREMART. its a total waste of time. When you call, it will be an idian person answering the phone whice sound like in someone house with TV noise and other odds noise in the background.

What a gimmick! Ten minuets after booking or flights they called to say that the fight of the first leg of the trip did not yet exist. We had to pay to get the reservation changed. Two weeks later AK Air did confirm the flight status of our original choice. I called them back to see if we could get our original flight but, of course they wanted more money to change what they screwed up to begin with! The real problem is that none of the airlines will touch this booking for us, both carriers couldn't get into the reservation to change anything. Pay the extra up front and get tickets from someone else, these guys will just make your trip more frustrating!

I booked a flight and paid extra so if I had to cancel, I could do so within 72 hours of the flight. I canceled the flight well before that time and I had to go through an insurance to get my money back. I kept filling out the same
Form over and over. It would delete information when I would go to the next section of the form. I finally got tired of doing that and I called my credit card company and they reverse the charges. I WILLnot recommend this company EVER !!!

Absolutely the worst experience! Booked a ticket, but after a couple of hours got a phone call stating i have to pay almost a$100 more becaude the turkish airline does not provide anymore tickets at the price i booked. So cancelled their option and rebooked through another service that was $2 more expensive, but who got me the same ticket. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Boston was of great help, asked for help and it was resolved very quickly, he also speaks very well. Happy with my experience.

I booked for 3 people. It took me a long time to click on "Pay Now" because I read and reread and reread the fine print. Then booked it for the price it says on the site. I had confirmation page plus the email confirmation. Then James called me to say that only one is booked for the price and I have to pay some $800 more for the other two. I think it is a scam. I cancelled my booking. I don't believe their trustscore on here. If you go on reddit, you'll see the same experience I had. It's a scam.

Booked a flight great price and about 10 minutes later I received a call form Cheapfaremart.com .
James said price changed and it is more expensive now.

One of the fraud websites. I purchased a ticket from them and hour later they were calling and telling me that the ticket i purchased that price was changed from the airlines, it freaking scammed and I argued with the customer service team and they giving me two options either i can upgrade the tickets with the new price or they will cancel the tickets. It’s totally fake and fraud serviced

BE WARE OF THIS COMPANY! They advertise the cheap prices on their website but try sell us higher price later on over the phone. We successfully booked return flights for 3 people. They called us to inform that departure flight was confirm however return flight was not available. They tried to book us more expensive, more stops, longer flights. When we said we want to cancel and refund, they said there is a cancellation fees and mind you there is 24 hours zero fee cancellation on their policy. Even if there's a fee, it wasn't our fault to pay for cancellation. As we were arguing about the fees, they offered the same flights we booked originally but at a higher cost. Tell me how does that make sense?! We cancelled all together in the end. If this is their tatics on booking imagine the troubles if we have to change dates or flights later on! STAY AWAY!!!
