had a great experience with Prince—he was very accommodating and helpful throughout the process. He assisted me with purchasing my flight ticket that was on hold, and even though the price had already increased, he still managed to secure it for me at the original rate. Truly appreciate his effort and excellent customer service!

Bait and switch tactics like everyone stated. There practices are fraudulent. They advertise cheap fares to get you to provide your credit card number to buy it (no paypal or any other types of payment methods). They will then call you from one of their agents telling you that the airline refused to confirm the ticket because they are out of seats in that fare category, and then ask you for more money. Well, that's a lie and a way to get you to pay more for an advertised fare.
I asked them to cancel and told them that i will report them to authorities if my credit card is used. I got the ticket form another reputable website that is still less expensive than what they offered to confirm the booking for. They are just frauds and collect credit card numbers. Customers beware. You have been warned.
