we did not chose any seat but i noticed after couple of days that there are two seat asigned to our reservation, and we were charged for two seat for total amount of $160.00.
i called them and explained the whole situation but nothing was done.

I have been calling you guys twice a week and still haven’t heard anything from you guys. I will never book another flight with you and l will tell anyone to be careful booking flights with you guys.
