This app is awful. There not many options to choice from and from them you cant use coupons.. what the point . Big waste of time to go out of your way to purchase what they advise just to have them send it back. This needs to be shut down and revamped for real.

I learned about this app on Instagram through an influencer promoting it as a good way to earn cash back, initially I bought some things uploaded some receipts and cashed out with no issue. So I decided I would keep using it save up some cash back as a rainy day fund. So for the last two or so years I’ve been checking it diligently, buying products and uploading receipts. I hit about $470 and decided to cash out, this time I received an email saying that fraud was suspected and the terms that I signed up allow them to cancel for any reason. When I responded back to the email looking for more info, perhaps it’s because I have different cards I pay with or something they would not elaborate and essentially said they consider it a resolved issue. Looking around it seems other people have the same issue where they save up and when they go to redeem they get a response cancelling their account with no further responses. It’s very disappointing.

Terrible app. They cancel your account, claim they give you notice, and take all your accumulated cashback if you're not active, even though their offers are so specific they rarely match what you're buying so of course you are not using it every single darn day. Scam that makes you think it is worth your time when it isn't

It can take several months to build up to $20, the required eligible amount to withdraw. I took too long and they took my earnings, which took over a year to build up this past time.

You never get the money, they just terminate your account so you won't ask questions. It's just a middle man scam scenario where they take the money for themselves.

Learned a hard lesson today. I’ve been using this app for over 8 years and never cashed out. I earned over $900 and finally requested a check recently. Then almost a week later I get an email from ‘Jennifer’ claiming a violation of the terms’. She claimed there was a change in policy back in 2023 that I “agreed to” and because I violated it they suspended my account and withheld my earnings (stealing my hard earned $900 in cashback - over 8 yrs worth!) Beware! This company is a complete scam. They collect the cashback from companies and deposit it into customer accounts then when the customer request a payout, they claim you ‘violated their terms’ - suspend your account so you are effectively locked out then steal your money! They are thieves! Everyone that has had their money stolen should file a complaint and report them!

We will notify you of such termination at the email address you provide in your Registration Data, and such termination shall be effective immediately."

We do not send payments or reinstate accounts of members who have been found to be in violation of our Terms. This decision is final and we will not be responding to further communication on this matter.

I agree with all the reviewers on Trustpilot. CheckOut51 (CO51) is a customers' money grabbing con company. They attract customers for buying reputed company's products in exchange of cashback. They take incentives and advertising amount from the companies but, do NOT give cashback to customers. At the time of cash-out payments, their executives named Jennifer and Bhavya suspends the account by giving any reasons and dupes customers' cashback amount. Be careful with CO51. Like other reviewers, I wrote straight to the consumer forums, Govt and reputed companies (who advertise their products on CO51).

I was a customer for over ten years. Almost $500 in earnings. Their offers used to be great and now they are terrible. For over 6 months, they had nothing I would even consider buying, so they started to reduce the amount of money in my account. I followed up and they would not reverse

I was with them for about 10 yrs, but when I suddenly got $57 in my account, they decided to do a random audit. Then they said i had fraudulent activity on my account. None of this is true, but my account is now suspended and they won't discuss it anymore. So in my opinion, I'd cash out and cancel your account. Guess they need my $57 desperately.

Complete FRAUD. Concurring with negative feedbacks given by several victims here. As soon as one request for a payout, Jennifer (or Jen/Jenn) and Bhavya (or Bhav) of Checkout51 suspends 90% of the requesters' account by giving random reason. These two names are listed on TP and, even in their application. Your money go to their pocket - Simple! They may be paying to remaining 10% to run their "money scam show". Everyone - individually - should directly write their concerns to reputed companies who promotes their products on co51 and, also to Govt about this scam.

It's SCAM: They grab your money.

As already written by several verified reviewers on TrustPilot platfor, this company and application names "Checkout51" is a money grabbing middlemen, who DUPES reputed products promoters by taking their money on the name of product buyer's receipt but, do NOT pass that amount to the buyers, who actually purchase the promotional product.

When you ask for cash out, it's probable ?owners Jen#ifer and Bha#ya, who dupes your money by suspending your account at their own discretion. This way, they take money for your receipts from reputed promoters and don't pay you.

It's good to see that their money grabbing and duping are now reported to BBB and various reputed companies - DIRECTLY.

STAY away. Waste of time and, your money gone in to co51's deep pocket.

Just like other reviewers on TrustPilot, Google and even in their own CheckOut51 application, they did the same with me as well.

CO51 kept on approving some of my receipts for cashback. When it reached $2*.00, I submitted a cash out request to CO51 for an ALREADY approved amount of $2*.00.

But, then JEN***ER of CO51 denied to pay me the cash out amount, which was ALREADY APPROVED BY CO51 and, closed my account from their end.

When I received their email, I took some time to search. Then, expressed this issues in our F&F and work social portal to see - Is it just me or others too?

Shockingly, many individuals had same kind of issues - either no approval / approval 50% of the time even for the correct products and/or, eventual cash out was denied by giving "xyz" reasons by CO51.

I have raised this concern directly to reputed vendors/manufacturers - Silk, P&G, Kelloggs, Neutrogena, Pamper, Huggies, Kenvue, Reynolds etc, who are promoting and marketing their products on CO51 - CheckOut51.

From various public forums, google reviews, Turst Pilot and also their own application reviews; it also appears that CO51 either does not approve cashback (even for the purchase receipt for the correct product) and/or eventually denies to pay cash out to customer (once customer is eligible to receive the minimum cash out amount from CO51) by giving various random reasons including kind of a monopoly - dictatorship like reasons! As the amount is very little, most customers unlikely to raise the concern. But, when small amount is mutiplied with several customers, it becomes huge amount.

Somehow, it seems reputed companies like Unilever, Silk, Neutrogena, Reynold, Kellogs etc won't break trust of their customers but, CO51 misuse or abuse / take disadvantage as a "middleman" for grabbing manufactures and customers' $$ in their own pocket.

I have been submitting my receipts with no issue in past years. Lately they have been rejected my claims with no clear reason. The item, date, price are clearly marked on the receipt yet they make excuses that they can’t see this and that.
Do not use this app and don’t waste your time. I would rate -5 stars if I could.

Checkout 51 is a great app for cashback. They have new weekly offers, sometimes same offers from one week to next but that's ok. Their customer service is good, responds within 24 to 48hrs. Majority of the time receipts are approved right away, sometimes they need more time to approve. It's easy to get approval if you ensure you read the item that is offerred and which store you cannot purchase from. With many stores offering price match, its easy to figure out by using Flipp app. I get my money via cheque. It took longer the 1st 2 times but last 2 cheques, I got within the month. I recommend this app if you are looking to save money. Thank you C51, I have saved a lot of money.

Don't waste your time they is a joke you have to get at least 20.00 to cash out then it's takes forever to get your money.l submitted several receipts for item purchased they come up with bogus excuses what not accepted then most of the items they have is things people rarely purchase..be aware Ibotta is a lot better

Oh they give rebates that can be interesting ...BUT they do not accept all the stores for those rebates ....Often all the store I go to are on the not covered list ....So I cannot benefit at all . Moreover they often challenges your receipts as not acceptable for so many reasons that you waste a lot of time claiming your rebates over and over again ....Th efirst transaction your make always goes well to hook you and after that trouble begins....not worthed the rouble

This is a followup to my earlier review. Thanks to checkout 51, my credit card was closed out and now I have to wait to receive a new card and be inconvenience by contacting all my online accounts to change my credit card information. Why are these guys still in business?

I've been using Checkout 51 for years and not had issues. The last few months, however, have been terrible. They keep rejecting legitimate receipts that do not violate any of their conditions. Customer service is a joke. I seriously think they just have AI running the whole show because I have yet to receive an actual reply instead of automated messages, and most of the time there isn't a response of any kind. Then they send passive-aggressive automated messages implying that I haven't responded to them when they have not communicated with me at all. They've gone from legit to scam and I'm done with them.
